Zero& is a fun and creative spot for unique drinks that go beyond your average bubble tea experience. The attention to detail in both the presentation and flavors really stands out.The drink menu is extensive, with lots of interesting combinations and seasonal specials. They have some many different combinations of flavors it is crazy. They have ube too!! The fresh ingredients make all the difference, and the pearls were perfectly chewy. The interior of the shop is modern and stylish, though it's on the smaller side. It's more of a grab-and-go vibe than a place to hang out, especially when it gets busy. While the drinks are on the pricier side, you're paying for the quality and the unique flavors. Zero& is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something different from your usual boba stop.

Placed an order via the app around 3 pm on a Monday. Got the taro ube drink with oat milk -- I wanted almond milk, but it wasn't an option. I noticed that different drinks had different milk options available. I requested the drink to be available ASAP instead of scheduling a pick up and the drink was ready super quickly. When I went into the store, it was really tidy and there were 2 self-order kiosks available and a designated online order and store order pick up areas. In terms of the actual drink, it tasted fine but I couldn't really taste the ube. It honestly was kinda like oat milk with hints of taro, so I wish the taro ube flavor was stronger. Overall would come if I wanted some boba and was on Fillmore st specifically. There are definitely other options available closer to Japantown.

The companion and I were looking for a new dessert spot to try. We've always been curious about Zero& concept and decided to take the plunge. The aesthetic is minimal and all-white with a couple of bar seats and a bar table. Service is focused on fuffiling orders--order online or at the kiosk, wait and watch for your number, and receive your items. We came because they're known for zero-calorie sugar and additives (cane sugar available). Vegan and caffeine-free drinks are also offered but as of January 2024, no dairy alternatives for their milk teas. I had the Lychee Lover with Less Sweet 0 Calorie Sugar. It was a light and lychee-forward drink with a mild taste from the crystal boba. My companion had the Hayes Blue with Less Sweet which was pretty but tasted like watered-down coconut milk. You can find several Zero& locations throughout the Bay Area and SoCal. Their spot in Pac Heights is small and fits in for the area. Plenty of metered street parking since it's on Fillmore Street.

Zero& deserves all the five stars in the world. When my friends and I walked in, we were mesmerized by the menu claiming the "2 whole mangoes" and "half pound lychee" they put in their drinks. No joke, we ended up ordering almost every single drink on the menu and not a single one disappointed. My favorites were the baby peach and coco mango drinks, but every beverage was refreshing, full of vibrant flavors, and presented very aesthetically! Also shout out to the very nice and patient workers that tended to my group that day. Little PSA: there's a reward system through their app that gives you a free drink once you sign up!

Had visitors from out of town and they wanted boba so we went to Zero& early at around noon on Saturday, 8/3. There was no one in the front but I could see someone in the back, presumably prepping for the day. While perusing the menu, another person entered the restaurant, maybe just a little late for work; who knows. We noticed the menu stated they were sold out of quite a few items, so we rang the bell to double check that they were indeed sold out (odd considering they had openly been open a couple of hours). After ringing the bell and waiting for about 5 minutes, someone emerged from the back and very casually and unapologetically said "Yeah, we're out of a lot of stuff." Very odd and poor experience.

The matcha tornado here was so delicious here that the second time we ordered, my sister switched from the pink guava oasis to the matcha tornado. Both drinks were really refreshing, but the nice Oreo crumbles in the matcha tornado really brought the drink together.

Stumbled across this Zero& location while doing some shopping with the wife on Fillmore. There are limited seating both inside and outside the premise, and the interior is very clean and inviting. The barista was very friendly, and we wound up ordering a Pink Guava Oasis and a Coco Mango. Both drinks were delicious, but the Coco Mango surprised us because it was actually a slushy. The boba quality was perfectly soft and chewy, and the fruits used in the drink were clearly fresh fruits, rather than syrup or powders. There's an offer at present for first time users of their app to get a free drink. So make sure to take advantage of that if you are not already a member (toppings are extra). The app also has a reward system for orders placed through the app. And make sure to scratch the scratcher on the side of your drink for extra rewards (free points, dollars off next purchase, etc..).Drinks were all very reasonably priced, and a great value for what you're getting!

Zero& is 100% a part of my Top 5 favorite Boba spots in the Bay Area and favorite boba spot in SF.Favorite order: Matcha Tornado and Pandan Croissant I love the quality of the drinks and toppings at Zero&. Great quality teas, toppings, fruits, matcha, etc. The menu has a great variety, whether under Milk Tea's, Fruit Tea's, Slushies, Crema drinks, etc. When it comes to toppings, you definitely have options to choose from. I love that Zero& also has pastries and desserts for quick bites. Parking is not the best. I did wish the Zero& locations were not solely in the busy areas of SF where parking can be a pain and expensive. Thankfully I lucked out on parking my very first time here. However, I can definitely imagine it being a struggle as there is a lot of bus/car traction around this Fillmore location. The ambiance is cute. Very minimalistic, and simple, and a lot of great lighting due to the white-colored interior. Service is quick and straightforward. There are 2 kiosks to put in self-orders. The staff are friendly when serving your drinks.

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now. I came on a Saturday and the store was pretty busy. I was curious about their zero sugar thing. I found out that it costs extra for the zero calorie sweetener. I didn't care about that so I got regular sugar. The drink I got was the sesame one. I liked it but it was too thick for me at the time. It felt like drinking a whole meal and it was too filling haha. I enjoys my drink tho. I really want to come back for the fruit drinks. They look even more amazing and refreshing.
