Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea

Yi Fang is one of my favorite boba shop chains and I've yet to be disappointed by a drink here. I recently stopped by for their holiday specials and got a gorgeous strawberry shaped cup for my strawberry fruit tea. This location in particular is so fast that I've learned not to wander away after placing my order since it'll be ready within a couple minutes. This is true even with other people in line, which is all the time!They're located inside the Japantown mall so any seating is shared with the other indoor stalls. I'd suggest taking it to go, which is easy when the drinks are packaged so securely.

The most water down boba tea I had ever had in my life!! Didn't received how it was shown on their menu nor does it taste good! Quite a disappointment!

My son and I came in for a drink on Christmas Day. It was crowded, but we didn't wait too long for our drink. We ordered at the kiosk, one mango drink and one strawberry slush. Both drinks were fine. I think I like my usual taro drink better, but wanted to try something new. This was the only place open in this area of the mall, so we came here. I didn't get a chance to snap the mango drink, but got a photo of the strawberry drink.

Mobile order if you can! They get pretty busy and it's a small space for the workers and for people to line up, so this saves time and you can just swoop in to pick up your drinks when they're ready as you shop around! Despite the weekend crowds the staff were pretty efficient in getting our drinks out.Maybe it's been awhile since I've gotten anything from YiFang in SoCal that or I haven't been keeping up with their seasonal menu, but there are WAY more fruit teas that I don't remember them having the last time I went. That's the reason I ordered from here since, you know, I can indulge in YiFang anywhere.I got their Cherry Fruit Tea less sweet and less ice. This did end up a bit too tart for my taste, so maybe the best way to go would have been full sweetness, but this isn't a drink that I have seen at the local YiFang down south. I also got their Grapes Fruit Tea which is apparently made with their seasonal fresh grapes and Pouchong green tea from Taiwan, also another drink that was ordered at less sweet and less ice, but this one ended up being not tart, which is good. Very refreshing for the steadily warming weather in the Bay Area.

Was strolling through Japantown as we were searching for a birthday present, was craving some sort of sugar or caffeine as a pick me up. We ordered identical his and hers coffee mouse sugar lattes, they were smooth!!!!! Service is stress free if you order online, for the price and the energy boost that was amazing! Definitely recommend!!!!!

Fresh fruit tea from Taiwan [Japantown, San Francisco CA]Holy moly! what a menu! So many variety of tea to choose from: Fruit Tea, Tea Latte, Brown Sugar Pearl, Traditional Tea, Salted Cream, Yakult Tea, Smashed Lemon Iced Tea, a variety option of Strawberry, Mango, Peach, Almond, Citrus, Lychee, Red Bean, Hot Tea, and finally Seasonal drinks. Unless you already know what you want you'd be stuck there scrolling and deciding what to order from a tablet. We chose a 24oz cup Strawberry Fruit Tea Slushy for me and a Lychee Fruit Tea for my daughter. She thought the lychee would be some type of topping but they were actually whole lychee fruits in her drink. LoL! We paid by cash so we were able to order our drinks quickly. The drinks came fast too! Loved how fresh and tasty my strawberry drink was. So refreshing too!They have many locations in the Bay Area. Sounded like a great idea, so I added a beverage. Ended up getting the Sun Moon Lake Black Tea: Less Ice, 0%, Iced-Large(20oz), +Almond Jelly, +Pearls, +Grass Jelly ($8).I adore a good Almond jelly / jello / pudding / whatever you want to call it, but not a lot of places offer this. Typically, I'll jump at the chance at ordering from a place that has it. Yi Fang's teas are pretty good, tho I wished they offered a roasted tea since I like my tea super strong. The toppings are tasty tho. The almond jelly creamy and nutty. The grass jelly silky. The boba soft and chewy. I was pretty happy with my drink.Solid spot for a tea if you want almond jelly as well.

I love Yifang, and my boyfriend is not a big tea/milk tea drinker. However, he was willing to give this place a shot! I ordered my usual (lychee aloe sago, 50% sugar with less ice) and he ended up ordering the grass jelly tea with a grass jelly topping for refreshment. I particularly love the format of Yifang's menu, the juxtaposition of the English and Chinese names for each beverage & employee recommended ordering sugar/ice levels, coupled with the visual of the drink itself help to order quickly. It can be a bit busy in the sense that they have a lot of options to choose from, but every drink I've had from here has been great!!As usual, I loved my drink. Ended up eating the two lychees at the bottom of my order, and my boyfriend liked his grass jelly tea enough to finish all of it. This is the first time he's been to a milk tea place where he's ordered something without just accompanying me in years, so I'll take this one as a win for Yifang.

This tea shop has a few different locations and this one is located inside Japantown West Mall and can be VERY busy. Quality ice teas, fruit teas and boba drinks. I occasionally come by and get some tea or a tea latte. Very refreshing and perfect for summer.

Fragrant and strong tea flavor! The oolong milk tea is my favorite from here. The sweetness levels are difficult to anticipate; sometimes, a 50% sweetness drink is sweeter than a 75%.
