Wildseed

Not a vegan, but I do love good food, and this place has it. The decor inside is really lovely but their outdoor seating was really delightful on a day with good weather. My mother had the french toast, which was perfect if you have a sweet tooth. I had the neatball masala, which was FANTASTIC. The nut-meatballs (walnut, I think) were very flavorful and the spices in them really shone. The coconut taste in the curry was very subtle and let the more savory flavors comes out. I was weirdly impressed by the shaved pickled carrots because the vinegar was oddly smooth and not overpowering. The quinoa was perfectly tender. We also shared fries as a starter, which were pretty much the perfect fry- Super airy crisp exterior, fluffy potato interior, and well-salted. I usually ignore dips/sauces that come with fries but I actually enjoyed the sauces, especially the curry ketchup (which was like dipping fries into tikka masala). I had a lillikoi lei cocktail. It was dangerously good, especially if you like sweet vanilla paired with tart fruit. The services was great. Overall they were very efficient and attentive. No complaints. Fair warning for people with certain disabilities: Their bathrooms appeared to be only accessible by stairs.

I was solo traveling this week through SF and stopped by for an early lunch. My phone was dying and I needed it to navigate and call Ubers. Thankfully, my very kind and thoughtful waiter, Kenji, helped me tremendously by charging it. He was very attentive while I waited for my food. I had the squash pizza, which I thought was delicious. It's always a relief to find a great vegan spot, let alone with such stellar service. Thanks, Kenji, for the hospitality!

This might be my favorite restaurant in SF. Everything is so on point - all the drinks I've tried are perfect, and the food is delicious with reasonable portion sizes. I dream of the mushroom zeppole they are outstanding! The panacotta and chocolate beet cake are absolutely incredible too. Highly recommend the Andalusia salad with the neatballs - seriously hits the spot. Also a great place to satisfy a pizza craving. Just overall a must-go. I love all the plant decor and general ambiance, and servers are all so kind!! Last time I went, I didn't realize it was Santa-con so the plans to go to a bar before getting to our reservation were nixed, but the hostess sat us over an hour early! So amazing

I had an incredible dinner here at wildseed last weekend! The food was delicious and their black charcoal lemonade was the best lemonade I've ever had! The service was elite and I wanna go back to try everything else!

I came here for my birthday brunch on a Saturday. The place is quite popular, within a few minutes of opening all the indoor and outdoor tables were occupied. Thank god we had a reservation.Me and my partner absolutely loved the food. Got polenta cakes for sharing. I ordered the vegan spicy sausage egg omelette and my partner got chilaquiles with egg. Portion size was huge and everything was delicious. My non-vegan husband also loved it.Service was very quick.

Really good, almost great! Wildseed has a warm inviting atmosphere. It strikes a pleasant balance between an upscale restaurant and a casual brunch/lunch spot. I ordered the Wildseed Burger. It came with a moderately sized burger, a helping of fries, and some pickled vegetables. I didn't know what to expect as the menu said the burger comes with a mushroom and spinach patty. Not being a fan of spinach, I was really pleasantly surprised. It had a nice slightly charred texture and was pleasantly salty and savory. You get a very slight kick and sweetness, especially with the pickled vegetables but it's not overwhelming. The lettuce could have been a little crunchier and the buns steamed just slightly longer. That being said, I would definitely get it again; it's a very good burger and without any of the greasiness you get in a regular meat burger. The fries are solid and come with a curried ketchup. What keeps me from giving this 5 stars is the price. I get that it's an expensive area and that they use good ingredients, but almost 20 dollars for a burger and some fries is a bit much. Overall, I really enjoyed it! I am planning to come back and try some of their other offerings. If you're looking for a good vegan/vegetarian place, you've found it!

My favorite meal in the city (as someone who is not vegan or vegetarian!)Been here a few times - The service is always attentive. Definitely make a reservation if going on a Thurs/friday/sat for dinner. Great place to go with a group of friends because it's almost a guarantee everyone will find something to eat. Pizza is warm and crispy - the spicy sausage one is amazing. Best thing on the menu is the spicy rigatoni, hands down. Fries with their unique sauces are also a must have.

Wildseed far exceeded my expectations! The vibes and atmosphere were welcoming, clean and bright. The servers were warm and very nice. Every food item I ordered was amazing, including the French toast, sausage omelet and the salad. I will definitely be back next time I'm in SF!

Great ambience and solid food(: may be a little bit pricey for what you get, but I definitely recommend checking it out if you're vegan or vegetarian

First time at an all vegan restaurant! Great diverse selection such as burgers, pizza using jackfruit sausage and mushroom with aioli sauce. Cool drink selection as well! The service was okay - our waitress was very kind but the drink (hot water) took really really long.
