As noted here in previous comments... please just be careful of the owner/cashier. Aggressive, rude and frankly, dangerous seeming. The type of aggression/paranoia leads me to believe anyone shopping there just needs to be careful of their safety. I was screamed at for inquiring about a bag for my purchase. I tried to de-escalate the situation by letting him know it was okay and that I did not need one, before he turned even more aggressive. I quickly left the store.

Cashier/owner? acting very rude and paranoid. Closing time is always inaccurate. Prices changing if you pay cash or card.

Ok so the best thing about this place is it's open super late, has your basics, and the people are pretty nice. Be aware that they are much much more expensive than you'd think, I'm guessing because it costs them to be open so late. I often forget that fact until I hear my total and instantly regret half my purchases haha.

If there was a lower star i would not even give this place that, I used to go to this liquor spot since I move into the neighborhood 13 years ago. I thought that the proprietor was a nice guy and talk to me and other people because he is nice, but that is not the case, He accused my small dogs of lifting their legs and peeing in the shelf. that is all lies because my dogs are females and they don't pee inside stores. Then he told me to bring them in if I carried them together in my arms. What a JERK, how am I supposed to shop without arms and hands. He could had just ask me to never come back instead of telling me that stupid excuse. The real reason he doesn't want me in his store is the fact that I don't buy alcohol and cigarettes, he wants me to spend hundreds of dollars in his store. I use to go there and spend what I could. If he doesn't want me in there, that is fine. I never went back, his is not the only store in this neighborhood. Besides his merchandise is way too overpriced.

The self serve coolers here are always fully stocked with a wide variety of drinks ranging from traditional mainstream sodas (Pepsi/Coke) to vitamin enriched Kombucha. Their beer coolers are some of the best in this neighborhood, they are very diverse and stocked with everything from standard domestic beers like bud and Coors to higher end craft brews like 21st Amendment and North Coast Brewing. Their liquor and wine selections are fairly plentiful, but just like the beer and sodas; they are highly overpriced, even by liquor store standards.

I had the pleasure of coming here because the San Francisco Fire Department decided that the tragic deaths of two firefighters in the line of duty was a good reason to cut the city in half, snarl traffic, bisect bus routes, and generally waste all kinds of city resources at rush hour on a Friday evening. The signs Muni put up at its bus stops weren't terribly helpful. They could have described the shortened bus routes. Anyway, I ended up walking probably a mile total and came across this place in the process. It's dingy in a not terribly off-putting way. Basically a three-star affair all the way around, but the people working the counter were very nice. I always have mixed feelings when I see young children behind the counters of convenience stores, but it's not as if the kid was actually working, and it seemed like a loving family, so nostalgia and giving people the benefit of the doubt win out.RIP, Tony Valerio and Vincent Perez. You were heroes.

Service was so fast and incredible and best selection in the city! Jason is a very nice guy

Place is a good neighborhood bodega. Owner is just fine, I've never had a single issue.
