Came back for another visit, and Ume Tea continues to impress! Tried the Brown Sugar Boba Premium Oolong Milk Tea, and it was incredible--rich, creamy, and deeply flavorful. I love that they use Da Hong Pao (大紅袍) tea--no other boba spot offers this imperial-grade tea right now! The quality and attention to detail here are unmatched.The staff was just as amazing--so nice, accommodating, and happy to fulfill our requests. Still loving the fun limited edition surprised cups--can't wait to return!

This is my go-to tea place whenever I need a pick-me-up or just to feel good. My favorite tea on the menu is milk tea with taro and mochi. The taro is steamed and very fresh. The mochi is smooth and delicious. This is the only place I know that serves rose drinks. The interior is pink with cute bunnies decoration. It is definitely a girly-girl place.On my latest visit, I dropped both of my drinks. They not only shattered all over the guests area, I lost both drinks. They came out to clean up and replaced me with both teas. Great customer service.
