So there I was, in dire need of a restroom (you know the feeling). I popped into Twisted St. Cafe, hoping for some kindness, and let me tell you--they DELIVERED. The barista handed me a hotel key card and said, "Yes, of course, please use the restroom." Say what you want, but that little act of generosity? Unmatched.Feeling refreshed and grateful, I decided to stick around and order a drink. Naturally, I went with the barista's recommendation: a Vanilla Lavender Matcha Tea Latte. It had just stopped raining, and this drink was the warm, cozy hug I didn't know I needed. Smooth, fragrant, and perfectly balanced--this latte was everything.Their outdoor seating area was equally impressive. I cozied up by the fire, catching up with my friend while sipping my tea. The vibe? Relaxed, inviting, and oh-so-charming.Big shoutout to the barista and her manager, who were sweet as can be. Whether you're in desperate need of a restroom (hey, no judgment) or just looking for a cozy spot to chill, Twisted St. Cafe has you covered. Highly recommend!

Came here after a run and got the salmon avocado toast.Good: - The salmon avocado was very pretty! In practice, it fell apart as I ate it though and it was well seasoned at least- The inside is heated which is great on a super cold day and there's a few small tables so about 10 people could fit inside - Food came quickly Bad: - Not too much seating inside- Small portion size but decently expensive - Nothing that blew my mindOverall wouldn't come back but it was okay, not the most memorable experience

Ordered the Avocado Toast with a side of bacon. Extra points for the tasty, not very toasted, but holds up to eating by hand.Looks like the entire menu is grab & go. The avocado toast was beautifully presented topped with a lovely purple nasturtium, sans the utilitarian foam container. Menu has an abundance of bagel combinations, as well as some fine coffee & tea. Inside is 4 cafe tables, facing the windows, marble tops, cherry red stylish chairs. Theres a long banquet bench hugging the picture windows. Found out the cafe rents space in the Infinity Hotel by Hilton. That explains the classy chairs & fire pit outside.There's seems to be a 50/50 mix of locals, & tourists from the many motels (really cool vintage neon signs) dotting Lombard St. This is not the famous twisty portion of the street, rather, on a busy, noisy throughway towards the Golden Gate Bridge. I'll be returning to Twisted St. cafe for sure.

I got their tropical smoothie and was disappointed. The fruits had no natural sweetness and it just didn't taste like much. The coffee here tastes great tho! I would come back to try their cardamom latte again. Good small space to grab a bite as well. Barry's Marina is across the street so convenient post-workout!

Next to the Infinity hotel. We found this place late in the evening when there was little else available but seem a nice spot on Lombard, a block away from Chestnut. We just had coffees but their breakfast and lunch menu looked good. The outdoor space is nice and we sat around the fire pit. Outdoor area is good for those with dogs.

Twisted St Cafe is a quaint spot that's perfect for a quick coffee break. The atmosphere is welcoming, with cushioned seats that make you feel at home. I recently tried their salmon avocado toast and I was impressed by the generous portion size. They give you more smoked salmon and avocado than any other place I've been to.Twisted St Cafe uses Ritual coffee beans which elevates the quality to their caffeinated drinks. The space is a bit small, so you might find yourself having to make to go orders during peak hours. Overall, Twisted St Cafe is a delightful place with great portions and good quality.

Really cute vibe in here. It's a cozy, very small shop with limited seating (there's like a nook with pillows to sit). I got the Salmon Avocado toast and it was tasty - a good portion of avocado, with nice and savory everything bagel seasoning, and a thoughtful lemon wedge to top it off. I ordered at the counter and got my toast back pretty quickly. Then I curled up with a book and read here for a while. The bathroom's over at the hotel next door. Overall good vibes for a relaxed Saturday afternoon!

Had a long dayyyy exploring San Fran and really needed a pick me up! Searched for cafes near me and this one looked good! Immediately the girl serving us was so nice! She made the experience amazing (I wish I had asked her name) because the coffee itself was MID! The horchata cold brew was calling my name, and my friend decided on the same. My daughter chose a strawberry and banana smoothie. It was overall lackluster, the coffee definitely did not taste like horchata or cold brew..it tasted like watered down coffee with cinnamon. The smoothie also tasted more like ice than strawberry or banana. It was a super cute place though, with indoor and outdoor seating. They have lots of options so maybe different drinks are better.
