Honestly, I decided to try this food truck because a family member told me it was hand-made tortillas. I was like, wow, worth trying a new taco truck. I placed my order, and I asked the young man at the window how long he said 10- 15 min. I took a look at how many ticket orders they had, with my order it was three. I told him great! I'm going to the store and should be ready by the time I come out. (DONE W/MY GROCERY SHOPPING) I went back to the food truck and waited for him to hand me my order. But I noticed that he moved my ticket back because a new order came in. Mind you, I am waiting for my order. The new order got his food first. Once he noticed I was waiting for my order, he moved my ticket to the front. My point is if they don't see you waiting and looking at them, they push back your ticket order. That's why people wait here long. So be aware when you come here.Another thing, I wasn't impressed by there Carne Asada Tacos. The meat was so plain - it wasn't worth the wait. The Quesabirrias - the meat tasted great but too much cheese.I just hope they read my review because there's always room for improvement.

Came here on a Sunday and it wasn't busy! We got 2 carne asada tacos, 1 Al pastor taco, and 1 carnitas taco. These are so fresh and tasty as they put a lot of meat on each taco and the tortillas are handmade. The Al pastor had pineapple pieces on it and wasn't oily which I really liked and the carnitas was perfectly chewy and tender. The carne asada was also cooked really well and the green sauce wasn't spicy at all which was nice. Would definitely come here again as it's one of my favorite taco spots!

Driving down the El Camino, I spotted a new taco truck, so you know I had to go check it out. Typically I go with a burrito but after looking at the menu, I decided to go with a carne asada Gordita (since these are rarely found in the Peninsula) and 3 Al pastor tacos. My favorite of the was easily the tacos, mainly because you can tell the tortillas were handmade. So soft, perfectly chewy, like some of the best tortillas I've had off a truck in a long time. The pastor had good flavor, just wish the meat was lil juicier. $3 per taco, I think it's good value for that fresh tortilla. Thats how I felt about the carne asada as well, good but just wish it was juicer. The Gordita overall was pretty tasty. Fresh veggies and with the array of salsas, this was big enough for a meal for just $7. Favorite salsa was easily the orange one. For the quality, price and value, this is definitely gonna be on rotation whenever I'm craving tacos. Looking forward to trying some of their other meat options on my next visit.

This place is a hidden gem. Reasonably priced ($7 per sopes) for the amount of food, and still good quality. The sopes itself has an amazing texture and taste. After eating two, I was about to burst.I got the beef loin, and the chicken sopes. To be honest the chicken was mediocre for taste, and I liked the beef loin. Next time I will order the carne asada. The service is standard, but you can see the staff grinding in the food truck.Overall if I want a good cheap bite I will definitely come back here, but I would personally avoid the chicken.Update: I got the carne asada sopes, much better meat choice updating to 5 stars go get it!!

Passed by for some carne asada tacos and was wowed. Great price ($3), super delicious, and quick! The flavor was on point and cooked perfectly. It's on my list now to try other things. Definitely come through to try it out.

You really can't go wrong with Gorditas from scratch, ya know? Fried shell, a light coating of glurgy refridos, meat, lettuce, and cheese. Simple, good, messy as hell. They do good Gorditas here, homemade, dough rolling off the hands of the woman in the truck, her teenage son in the front seat slummin' it to work the register. Their asada? Outstanding, charred and plentiful. Their chicharrones? Delicious, saucy and meaty. Their whole vibe, red truck and spicy spicy oil salsa and as many chile torreados as I can handle because the Taquera remembered me from last time? Impeccable. You can be in and out with two gorditas for under 15$. With prices like that, treat yourself to dessert at the Cake Queen next door. Five Stars: Good folks who make authentic-as-hell Mexican food. Speaking of which, credit cards accepted.

One thing I can say is that this food has never disappointed. So far I've had the chicken tacos and chicken sopes. The sopes were amazing and had so much food. I got two but one was more than enough. The tacos are my go-to.Also, they have some chairs to wait on which make it nice. Lastly, the staff is always very friendly.
