Okay hear me out. I already had dinner nearby and was looking for dessert. This place already has a good reputation for their pizza but haven't heard anything about their dessert. Tiramisu was very nice and it was a lot. They didn't skimp out on the portions and felt like it was too creamy.Service was amazing with the waiter being very attentive and ambiance was that it was a local spot that everyone goes too for their pizza fill.Overall great time!

Several friends highly recommended this place and it did not disappoint! The sauce here is phenomenal, it's the most important part of the pizza after all ;) The service is decent and the ambiance is okay too, but it's all about the pizza here. I had the Spicy Grandma based on a couple recommendations, very glad I tried it! The one down side is that it is very pricey for a whole pizza, it was almost $50 including a tip (and not very larger either).Food: 5/5Service: 4/5Value: 3/5Overall: 4.5/5

If you're looking for the ultimate pizza experience, Tony's Pizza Napoletana is the place to go! But what made our visit truly unforgettable was our server, Dennis. He wasn't just a server--he was like a Sommelier, but for pizza.From the moment we sat down, Dennis took the time to inquire about our preferences, explaining the different styles of pizza with a level of detail and passion that I've never experienced before. His recommendations were spot on, and his knowledge elevated our meal and experience. The food, of course, was phenomenal--perfectly charred crust, high-quality ingredients, and flavors that transported us straight to Naples. But the service? Absolutely next-level. Dennis is hands down the best server I've ever had, and his expertise and hospitality made our night.If you visit Tony's, do yourself a favor and ask for Dennis!!

Friends,We come to SF at minimum 4-5 times a year. I am confident to say that one of the main reasons is because Tony's Pizza draws our souls to this amazing piece of heaven on earth. We discovered Tony's in 2019, and have yet to order something that we absolutely did not LOVE. Teresa is absolutely the epitome of top-notch friendliness, attentiveness, and always ensures that we receive the best care in ALL of San Francisco. Our favorites are the New Yorker and the deep dish Fratalanza. The mixed calamari and the fries are AMAZING. Tiramisu and Afagato were perfect pairings for a wonderful meal. Thank you Tony's. Thank you Edwin. AND, thank you to our favorite San Franciscan....the AMAZING TERESA!!!!

I see why Tony's napoletana Margherita pizza is at the top. That tomato sauce! Thanks for providing some context as to what we are suppose to compare Margheritas too. I can't wait to be in the area to order slices next door, so i can try more of their offerings!Side note: the bartender was also very accommodating, educated us how to eat certain styles of pizza. I love all good lesson.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for late lunch. Got seated right away and had really great service from different wait staff. All the pizzas were delicious and enjoyed cocktails

There's good reason this place is always busy. High reviews speak facts for Tony's! I'd say wait for a seat inside and enjoy the charm of the bar or booths rather than the patio since the chairs do grate across the concrete and can be annoying.

Pizza is great and worth the wait at least once! Would recommend joining the waitlist on yelp beforehand so you don't have to kill too much time after putting your name down at the restaurant.

Went on a late Sunday afternoon because we wanted Italian food but also needed some dishes to be vegan friendly! I got the chicken parm with pesto cream sauce it was SO GOOD, over house made pasta. We got the famous Margherita pizzas, one regular and one with the vegan cheese. So nice to have that option for my lactose-free friends!
