Needed to get my fix before my shift so here I am. Came in and ordered my usual. The Thai milk tea with 25% sugar, less ice, and no boba. As usual, I was not disappointed. :) The way you order here is really easy. They have 3 kiosks in the front where you can order. The staff here is also very friendly and they are always willing to give you a rundown on the menu to help suit your drink preferences. This is a place that I frequent a lot. Their drinks are very solid. The drinks come out fast. And the service is outstanding! Hands down my favorite boba spot! Definitely recommend checking this spot out. Try it out if you like. :)

You walk in and don't see any people. There are some young teenagers working that are just talking in the back. Order on the tablet and they text you that you order is ready to be picked up at the counter. Never have to talk to a real person. Kinda weird but I kinda like it? Haha I guess they aren't getting tips here because you never say 1 word to anybody so who am I tipping? As for the drinks itself, I do think they are good. You can fully customize it to your liking with the sweetness level, different teas, flavors,etc. overall nothing special. Not sure if I would come back or not.

Their boba truly is unmatched if you like it soft and chewy. They're one of the few boba shops that have the potted plant as an add on. I personally love the sea salt cheese foam and oreos, the whole drink with the add ons does come out to be $10... Quick service as always and there's never trouble finding parking!

My first time visiting here and I got a Thai Iced tea (no boba), I liked that you can adjust the sweetness because not many places do that. I preordered online and it was ready by the time I arrived. Parking was a but tricky because it's located in a pretty busy plaza.

PRO-TIP: Order off of the SnackPass app and just pick it up in shop! Or you can just order from the kiosk. I came here on a Tuesday around lunch time, ordered off of SnackPass and took less than 10 minutes as I was waiting in line in the sandwich shop in the same plaza. I got the Peach Oolong Lemon Tea at 75% sweet. They use real lemon slices in the drink, so there will be a bit of pulp if it gets loose or seeds. A bit more tart than what I would have liked, surprisingly at 75%. Peach taste was much more subtle, but overall the drink was pretty refreshing on a warmer afternoon.

Interior is quite small with minimal seating, but feels clean and modern. You order on a tablet, and there is also a large posted menu. Service was super fast and they have quite an extensive menu. I really appreciated that they posted the caffeine level of their drinks. I got brown rice milk tea with grass jelly. At 50%, the sweetness was perfect for me. I honestly didn't get much of a brown rice flavor and the drink was overly milky for my tastes. I'll try something else next time!

I'm rarely in this part of Burlingame and I live walking distance to like 10 boba places but if I'm in Burlingame or Millbrae, I would not hesitate to make a short detour here for the tea. As many have said, the boba is on point - some of the best I've had in a while. I got the "seasonal" hojicha latte and it was perfect . Not too milky or bitter or sweet. The staff was friendly. There are a few seats inside in a narrow space but I would prefer to take the tea to go.

We stopped in Burlingame on the way to SF and wanted boba, and Tiger Tea & Juice was highly rated. I got the milo black sugar mochi and the mango bliss. Both were really good!The milo black sugar mochi was suuuper creamy and not too sweet. I really enjoyed it. The mango bliss was very refreshing as well. I'm not in Burlingame often but next time I am, I'll be sure to stop by here again!
