Tiffin Bay

Exceptional food delivery service which I discovered about a month ago. In San Francisco, the food is delivered every Wednesday and Sunday nights. You order one or two days before. Yummy healthy food with hardly any unhealthy oil in it. I use it all the time. I heartily recommend it. Exceptional service. Very easy transactions through electronic payment. A lifesaver.

Never delivered my order after I had placed it. Thankfully, I didn't lose money on it.

I kindly request the tiffinbay team to be keep the promise of customer service that you love to offer. Please update and be organised in taking orders do-not lead your customers into confusion with limited reply when you don't have automated system for taking orders. If you genuinely want to serve your customers with good quality service please respect the customers and be ethical to your business. I am greatly disappointed by your poor communication and rude behaviour. I had a weird experience with my first order with Tiffin bay service. As I was a new customer and wanted to start a service, I tried to lookup and follow website directions which had a contact number to call or text. I made a phone call at the number to get more information on the weekly service since I didn't get any response I texted the number with my name and address to enquire details about price and order details. With very limited response by Tiffin bay through texts I got some information about service. Since the delivery days were not working with my availability I didn't confirm the order. For my surprise I got a phone call on one delivery day for that particular city in the bay asking for my availability to receive the order. Since I had not confirmed the order this surprised me. I was trying to be polite and convince that I will be an hour late may be to receive the order. The person on the phone was rude and replied he will cancel my order for the day and take me out of list.This was by far the rudest and improper service system I ever experienced.
