Yes yes yes! This place deserves all the hype for its coffee!I tried out their iced latte w rose cardamom for a very reasonable total of $5.50! Definitely a rare find in the city. The coffee was delicious, the rose cardamom added a sweet, spiced subtlety without overpowering the drink itself. 10/10 highly recommend! My friends also tried their lavender syrup and seasonal vanilla pine! Based on your preferences, these are also excellent choices :) The coffee shop itself is located inside Lucinda's Deli and is grab&go with no seating. Near alamo park so perfect to take your coffee for a walk :) The drinks are made immediately to order and handed to you before you even pay. So basically your only wait is the line to order!

The staff that runs Third Wheel Coffee are coincidentally the most Zen people you'll meet. You'd think the opposite would be true. Third Wheel has superior coffee, well priced and the taste is so smooth. They also had tempting cookies. They share a space with Lucinda's Deli in a cute garden level storefront on Scott Street, steps from the west side of Alamo Square Park.Recommend!

This hidden gem is the best coffee shop in the area. Which we had one of these out in Oakland. Would definitely come back I'm in the area! The vanilla iced latte was spot on. Friendly service and cool ambiance. Hit up Alamo Square after getting your drinks!

I love Third Wheel Coffee! They're tucked into the front window of Lucinda's. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the cappuccino is great. The shop haslimited seating (a bench outside), so it's more grab-and-go style, but it's the perfect spot if you want to grab a coffee in the morning before walking through Alamo Square Park.

I came by to grab a sandwich from Lucinda's but showed up too late and they were sold out. I'm always one to search for the silver lining and Third Wheel Coffee was that. I talked to the very nice staff member and asked some questions about the coffee. It was already 2:30pm and I had a few cups of coffee earlier in the day so I opted for one of the sweeter, specialty options. I ended up ordering the Blackberry Crumble Cappuccino ($6) and a Samovar Chai Latte- iced ($5.25). They were both done quickly and I was on my way in no time. The location is a pickup/ to go spot and there aren't really any places to sit there. If you head in earlier than I did, it would be a great spot to pick up a sandwich and drink and head out to a park or back home.We ended up enjoying our drinks on the ride home to Sacramento. I hope to come by again soon and enjoy both Lucinda's and Third Wheel Coffee together.

This is a small coffee stand shared with Lucinda's Sandwiches on the side. The barista was friendly, and the coffee was solid. Hipster vibes. It's definitely a grab-and-go spot, as there's no seating available. Parking is street-only, but overall, it's a convenient stop for a quick coffee!

Very cozy little spot inside the deli. I, of course, had to try the cold brew but there were plenty of fun specialty drinks to choose from too. Staff was efficient and still very friendly. Coffee itself was delicious! At a reasonable price, I would go back again on the weekend.

What better way to start a wet, cold morning in the city? A smooth warm latte. I discovered this spot 2 years ago & anytime I'm working in the area I HAVE to stop by to grab me a latte! Small hidden gem but offers a welcoming environment with great customer service.
