"Believe in pizza again." -- & I do. NY style thin crust pizza perfection. Thanks for curbing my cravings. All the slices are $4.75ish. A whole pie can set you back $38. Both are cheaper than flying to NYC so yes, it's worth it. No there isn't parking. Yes there is seating. Pineapple belongs on pizza and that's the hill I'm dying on--the right hill.

I was in town for business and my busy morning wrapped up in the Mission District. My hunger called for something quick and satisfying, but didn't quite feel like Mexican food, as the Mission is known for. Came across the Pizza Shop and was exactly what I wanted. Luckily, it was 2 short blocks away from where I parked, so I walked, since parking is an issue around here. Upon entering, I was quickly greeted. Their pizza choices are labeled and on display in a glass case facing the entrance, which made it easy for a first time customer. The interior is slightly dated but cool, and fits very well into the neighborhood. It's spacious for a by-the-slice place. There are several booths and some smaller tables. I got 2 slices: the Meat, and a pepperoni and mushroom. They heated the slices and were ready in a few minutes. The crust came out thin and crispy, and both filled my empty belly with that greasy, salty goodness. The service was friendly, the food came fast. I was satisfied and ready to take in the rest of the crazy day.

My favorite pizza in SF. Originally from Chicago and enjoy my thin crust pizza. This place know what they are doing. The dough is perfectly crispy at the bottom. The sauce has a touch of sweetness but also tangy. Anytime I crave pizza I come here. The cherry pesto is my favorite but this time went a little wild and got the deluxe. They are very generous with toppings which is a big plus, and slices are very big!We usually order take out but the place does have seating and sells pizza by the slice.

Pizza Shop has the best crust!! I love the pizza here. They only come in one size and prices start at about $23. It makes it easier to order and pizza has been consistently good! We've ordered both pick up and DoorDash and both yielded a consistently good pizza. I've ordered extra pepperoni before and it's an extra charge for extra toppings but I didn't see a difference between extra pepperoni and regular pepperoni so I don't think it's worth it at all to pay extra. There's plenty of indoor seating and booths. It's usually quite quiet in there so it's a good place to grab a slice or a whole pizza and catch up with a friend. Parking may be tricky but easy to get lucky with parking since this area is always has movement. Great crust, great pizza, and slices are also available!

Not bad pizza shop in the mission. It's super easy to order either online or in person. The first time, we ordered individual slices but then realized it made more sense to get a whole pie (I think pepperoni slices were a little under $20 while the whole pie was a little over $30). The pizza itself is ok. I think it's a bit lacking in flavor but it's not bad at all. Id love to try some of the other non-pepperoni varieties.

Solid pizza spot in the Mission where you can get pizza by the slice. We went right when they opened on a weekday so it wasn't busy. Super clean. Love the retro booths - there was even a retro pinball machine, so fun! YES THEY HAVE A BATHROOM!

If the Mission District had a style of pizza back in the day it would be lots of mozzarella cheese ,doughy with messy marinara. The Mission pizza landscape has grown over the years and there is plenty of different styles of pizza you can try in the Mission today from the Chicago deep dish to Neapolitan and even Trash pies ( using leftovers to reduce food waste ). The Pizza Shop is the few places in San Francisco offering pizza by the slice . The Pizza shop style of slice is a New York thin crust pizza and I had lots of good slices here and they are mostly all good. I came back to try their white sauce slice. It was okay but not my favorite .The outside of the pizza slice with the cheese and mushrooms was much better than the white sauce on the inside of the slice. The Pizza Shop has a sign on the sidewalk on 24th street between Shotwell and Folsom claiming to have the best pizza slices in SF. The sign should have read the best pizza slices in the Mission instead because I had better slices in San Francisco. Their cheese slice with red sauce pizza is savory and consistently delicious. I'll come back again here for their marinara sauce and cheese pizza slices. I"ll stick to the red sauce and cheese. The Mission is not just known for their burritos, tacos, and tortillas The Mission has lots of diverse restaurants with cuisines from around the world including pizzerias

Had to get our pizza fix before heading to the Terror Vault in SF for an early halloween venture. We chose to get a few slices for sharing... the pepperoni and mushroom, cherry peppers and pesto, and white spinach. These thin and crispy slices were yummy, even if reheated, a nice crunch in every bite. My fave was the white spinach, and my bf particularly liked the cherry peppers and pesto flavor. The best part is that they have so many options in their display case, which is rare for pizzerias that serve by the slice. The environment was clean and inviting, with plenty of booth seating and a pinball machine at the corner. Staff was great too, providing friendly and efficient service, and wait times were minimal during our visit this past Sunday.
