I took the advice of a San Francisco realtor and we went to explore the beautiful Palm Court at RH. The day was bright and sunny which radiated throughout the Palm Court. One could imagine a bride swirling around the floor greeting her guests. Magnificent. As were the staff. Beautiful Da who proudly had wonderful menu recommendations which we followed. The peach Bellini had fresh peach puree which brightened the palate and I couldn't stop at one. The chicken salad was light with a little kick and satisfying with large chicken strips. My son's salmon was absolutely outstanding grilled medium rare to perfection. The glaze was rich, salty and sweet. Fries were pipping hot and crisp. The deserts were a delightful finish. We met the delightful Sarah, the general manager who was gracious and kind. Da our server took the time to chat with our ongoing questions and had us excited to try the brunch on a Sunday. She was continuously lovely and our needs were met throughout the lunch. I hope to see her again.A tour of the roof deck one cannot miss. With an expansive view of the bay on this clear day was magical. We did continue to each floor of furniture and as we all know the fabrics and textures were fabulous.A beautiful afternoon which was very unexpected. We can't wait to share with our friends.Thank you The Palm Court!

Go for the food, not for the shopping experience. My wife and I went to the store to see a bedroom set and a rug we had just purchased online. The sales person seemed completely not interested in helping us. She pointed us to the beds and said "the rugs are on the first floor" and walked away. I don't know if it's because we had our kids with us or something else she didn't like about us.Scheduling the delivery was horrible. They give you a two hour window two days in advance. I called repeatedly requesting an early or a late window. I was never given a window. Then 24 hours before my delivery I got a window in the middle of the day, very hard given my work schedule. The furniture was delivered and the dresser drawers don't close! They said they would send out a technician. I never heard back. I called several times and it seems there are a bunch of hoops this request needed to get through, and it wouldn't move forward unless I called to escalate it.Weeks later I got a date for a technician, again with a two hour window. I was given 12-2. I requested something earlier. Someone called me and said they moved it to 10-12, great. Then on the day of, no one showed up. I called, and they said my window was still 12-2.This furniture store doesn't know how to do business and doesn't know how to treat customers. They expect you to bend over backwards to work around their schedules and their phone calls. Absolutely insane.

A very nice venue, pretty restaurant. We came for a birthday lunch celebration. The restaurant is located on the bottom floor of a show room that has 3 floors above the dining room and a really spacious roof with sofas and lounge chairs for a party or evening get togethers for beverages. Service was very professional and nice without being stuffy. BFF tried the Mulholland salad $32 and it looked really nice like an upscale Cobb salad. I tried the Caesar $18 which was not the best I've ever had, they had no anchovies and an additional 1/2 avocado was $4 more. The service size was adequate. Hubby liked his fried chicken sandwich $24 and BFF Hubby tried the small lobster roll, $34. My fav item was the truffle fries to share. Beverages included a coffee, 2 Arnold Palmers and a Jasmine Silver tip tea al $6 except coffee was $4. A very nice touch, they brought BFF a chocolate chip cookie with a candle on the side. For dessert, the butterscotch brulee $12, was my fav. I had the grapefruit granita $9 and it was refreshing and reminded me of a course snow cone. BFF hubby ordered the banana split and it was huge with a big split banana and ice cream scoops. BFF tried the strawberry and cream $14. A plate of berries and whipped cream on the side. The show rooms were very nice but heavy on beige colored furniture on one floor, another was more country barn furnishings and another floor with black darker wood furniture. The bathroom hardware were nice but limited to one small room. If you're an annual member, you pay a discounted rate. The roof is open with views of a part of the city back when warehouses dominated that area. But the decor is great for hosting a party or gathering for drinks. There is valet parking in front for $30.

I've been to the Palm Court at RH a few times and it's consistently spectacular. The ambiance is beautiful and the service is impeccable! For our meal, we shared the burrata. It was beautifully plated and very delicious. I ordered the chicken sandwich for my entree. The chicken was a bit overtaken by the bread, but was still delicious. The fries were yummy as well. I didn't get a chance to try the lobster roll but was told it was "decadent and delightful". This place always hits the mark with their food and ambiance. Thank you RH!

This was my first time going to the RH in San Francisco although I have been to the Palo Alto location where it's on a rooftop. Personally I prefer the Palo Alto location more, but it was fully booked for a large table. The building where the restaurant is located is very nice and fancy. You also see people everywhere taking pics for their socials. Numerous times I have ended up accidently walking in front of someone making a video for their TikTok, oops. When it comes to RH, when you go here you're mainly coming for the upscale ambiance and the top tier service. The quality of the food sometimes feel secondary and the prices definitely match the experience, but RH's restaurant has some good food options. Some dishes certainly do not have the largest portions. What I ordered personally and some sharables:- French Omelette ($20)- Crispy Rosemary Potatoes ($8)- Prosciutto and Delice Board ($42)- Truffle Fries ($20)I would say that the only item that we had that was dissapointing was the Prosciutto and Delice Board. For $42 you would expect more Prosciutto or cold cuts. This is definitely not enough for 5+ people. There isn't a ton of variety on the board either. Otherwise, everything else was solid. The Truffle Fries and Crispy Rosemary Potatoes are excellent side choices to have. The Truffle Fries cost significantly more than the regular fries, but it's worth the upgrade. You can really taste the truffle flavor and the fries as well as the potatoes were super crispy. You can taste the rosemary in the crispy potatoes, but not to the point where it's overpowering. Neither were really oily or greasy either which is a plus.I ordered the French Omelette because the price doesn't make my jaw drop as the other menu items and a good French Omelette can be really satsifying with how rich and buttery they are supposed to be. It was all of those things and it was soft and delicious. The cheese and the herbs were so good. The omelette really tasted like sour cream and onion chips, but in omelette form. I also craved this omelette more after seeing that one scene in the Bear with the French Omelette. The arugala side is an afterthought, but adding on the potatoes as the side really made this a great meal.Would I recommend RH if you have a special occasion? It's worth considering if you are willing to splurge.

Omg! What a lovely place for breakfast! As someone who lives on plane - my friends of 30 years always accommodate my crazy schedule. We try to eat a meal before Christmas always and now with kids gone to college or entering high school, our coordination makes it challenging to meet in a mutually convenient place to dine. I read about this place on best places for brunch in Dog Patch. The place is grand! Very airy, with a dining hall right out of some scene of imperial court of England. You'd better believe it. Great service. Elegant menu. Extra time for those of us who use brunch as social hour more than just eating a good meal. The range of dishes is good. Salmon latkes was great. I also thought the poached eggs looked delicious. American breakfast was good portion. Good for two people really. We also share Swedish pancakes as dessert.Menu is not fussy - if you come at noon, the brunch menu has good and hearty items. I can't wait to come back here!

Hands down, one of the most exquisite restaurants I've been to. The ambiance is incredible, as it resembles a palace like feel with carefully curated design pieces (all sold by RH). The food was 10/10. Every single menu item was devoured. I can highly recommend: - Grilled avocado with caviar- Fresh Burrata - Rotisserie Chicken - Wagyu Ribeye sandwich - Truffle Fries - Mini Lobster Rolls with caviar Service was also great, our server was very attentive and recommended some great options for us.

Eh its probably more of a 3.5 for me but service was super friendly. You go for the setting - the inside certainly looks posh (if a bit over the top, but that makes it fun!) and the menu is actually not as expensive as I would have thought - it's pricier for the bay, but not by that much. We came for brunch and then explored the store (is it considered a store? The showrooms?) after. The rooftop is gorgeous so def head there before/after your meal! The actual food was just solid - we split truffle fries which were good - quite rich, and maybe not quite worth $20. They did have non dairy alternatives for my chai latte which was great. My eggs Benny was good, but nothing insane, which for $22 it would have been nice to have a little something extra. Split the chocolatee chip cookies as well with friends; 3 big ones for $10 is pretty good but you can get a better cookie at say, Arizmendi or Tartine. I think the experience is a fun one time thing if you're willing to splurge and want to dress up!

I dined here on my birthday and the restaurant is absolutely stunning but I think it'd be even better during the day for brunch or lunch. The service was great and I really appreciate my server for offering split checks for my party of 8. Ambiance - 5/5Service - 5/5Food - 1/5I was quite disappointed with their menu. Nothing really stood out or was worth trying. I originally wanted to order the branzino but after looking at photos I was not impressed so I decided to keep it safe and order the lobster roll with truffle fries. The fries were good and came with a nice aioli. I'd recommend ordering it to share. The lobster roll was okay. Everyone at the table didn't really seem impressed with the food they ordered. It'd be nice if they had a cocktail menu. I definitely think it's worth visiting but maybe just for a drink. I'd pass on the food.

Came here to eat for a friend's birthday dinner a couple weeks ago. I'm rating it high for its ambiance, which is what I personally think is the best thing about dining here. I'd rate the food a 4/10... because I thought it was alright but over priced for how simple it is. I've seen a lot of reviews that ask for more creative dishes, and I agree. I think this would be a good place to relax with friends casually to enjoy the interior design/architecture but it lacks the service and food quality for special events. Our server was kind but I didn't see her again after she took our order, maybe because they were switching shifts? Working in food service myself I can understand slow service but my friends and I felt a little neglected when struggling to flag a server down for the check. There may have not been a lot of servers working on a weekday night. Nonetheless, I cannot express enough how gorgeous this place is. Go here for the vibes.
