On Friday the 13th, I went chopping ( how one of my family member pronounces the word "shopping" ) This was the last day at the Twitter or X ( call it what you want) in San Francisco at the Twitter or X Building Headquarters . I come here usually to go grab food but I also go shopping for some loose ends on the way home from Market street at this market called "The Market". This place has a bit of everything and usually I have to come here when some of the restaurants inside don't have any beer or wine for sale. I was walking around and wondering if Elon ever tried the canned wine here. Then there is a freezer with a good selection of ice cream by the pint ( they have Straus ice cream not Levi's Strauss). The Market is a hybrid of going to a wanna be Whole Foods Market with Molly Stone pricing. Don't expect club card discounts here . You find veggies inside The Market along a variety of drinks which includes my favorite a 40oz version of raw Kombucha( 48oz to be exact). Overall this is more of a convenience store feel in the area to make a pit stop. For Twitter or X it was their last day and last stop in San Francisco. Go to The Market on Market street where you can get groceries that are savory and sweetSigning off from Headquarters in San Francisco on Friday 13th was Twitter or X with their last San Francisco HQ Tweet

If you're looking for a grocery shop which is more elite and hipster than Whole Foods, The Market is the place for you. Seriously though, there's a great selection of products to choose from.

Hear Ye Hear Ye! If you're looking for the most over the top prices on staple items then look no further! $10 bag of chips - they have it!$20 jug of milk - they got it!$5 apple - they have it!Mad crazy markup from everyone else - They got it!The only saving grace is that it's local. So, basically you're paying for the convenience. Kinda weird that the aisles are half empty. Service is pretty quick, but monotone. The place kinda reminds me of Whole Foods when it first opened in the city, but Eeyore is your checkout.

First time here and what a great place if you want good food and many options. What I liked the most is the variety of options from salad bar, to hot food, pizza, drinks, noodle restaurant. People fortunate enough to work here can have a different lunch every day. Speaking of that, my son's friend happened by and they chatted. The friend works nearby and comes here often for the same reason. My family got noodle bowls while I opted for the chicken and biscuit hot food bar and salad. Yummy! There is an outdoor seating area that is roomy and set up nicely. Tables spread out and even a few fire pits. Enjoy!

I absolutely love this market. Sooo clean, staff are friendly. Besides the grocery, there's also a food court inside, that has a variety of different dishes: Ramen, Pizza, Filipino, etc.I thought the prices were reasonable and they have a nice selection of different items.

Second day back at the Market, and ones again the restrooms are closed, I'm not sure how The Market gets away with selling food and not having a place for customers to wash their hands. As we arrived at The Market, the evening manager, James, reminded the bar staff to let customers know, about the restroom is been closed. I can attest can it was open earlier today, as I work close by and get lunch at The Market frequently. It is a terrible experience for anyone having a drink or eating at The Market... FYI, your only option for a restroom is to go through a questioner with the twitter security guards so they can let you in into their restroom. Unhappy with this situation.

I am so disappointed. My office is a block away and I've been coming here since they first opened. Before the pandemic and Elon's slaughter of Twitter it was always packed with people during the lunch time hour. So many good food options! The groceries were a bit overpriced but not bad to grab a last minute item on your way home. It has completely fallen apart. In the last month my two favorite places - Manila bowl and the pizza place have shuttered. Ever since the firing of all the Twitter employees, it's been completely dead in there, even worse than during the height of the pandemic. Elon is actually ruining San Francisco and here's proof.

A food oasis in the middle of Market St. There are several restaurants in addition to self serve by the pound hot food options. They offer breakfast everyday consisting of hot cakes, bacon, sausage, Edda, hash brown! Yeah. Good nuff for me. I get just a little of everything and a quart of non fat milt for under $10$ This morning there were freshly baked baby back pork ribs! I can never say no to thatOR the fat, fresh from the frier chicken leg. Burn your mouth hot! Salad back is also good. Lots of options there. There is very friendly service throughout the store so this place is for me!

Overpriced market with sparse, rotten goods for commuters who work nearby. Locals don't shop here. They bet their vitality on Twitter and Uber employees and get robbed too often to focus on quality or good service.
