Very friendly people with an excellent selection of goods in such a cute local corner shop. Fresh flowers, service with a smile, what more could you ask for?

Off to see a friend on her birthday and walked by this great bodega. I started to cross the street and saw peonies. Seasonal, but expensive. I circled back to see how much they are. $14 a bunch? The local florist wanted $14 each! Scored!!!

Hollow Cow: Convenient and FriendlyHollow Cow in San Francisco is a fantastic local convenience store that I go to just about daily. Their wide selection of drinks and snacks will satisfy any craving, and the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The store is well-organized and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. Whether you need a quick pick-me-up or a tasty treat, Hollow Cow is the place to go.

Best local corner store in the Marina for specialty/organic items. Excellent selection if you are looking to try something new and exciting.

Notably cleaner than most convenience stores, they seem to have a decent array of items you'd suspect at eye-popping prices that reflect the tonier neighborhood. They had very little to offer in their deli case and no falafel but then again it was Sunday mid-afternoon.They did have fresh tulips that grabbed my eye, fetchingly displayed in bouquets right outside the shop. The flowers must catch some traffic- if you can find a place to park (degree of neighborhood parking difficulty, 9.3/10).But I had my lucky parking charm with me. That kid really has magical powers making parking spots appear.

I didn't have particularly high expectations for my sandwich and, even then, I was pretty disappointed. I've never had less crunchy dutch crunch. Like how do you even get the crunch pattern on top and still have it be that soft?

In the middle of a pandemic, the guy charged 25 cents for a bag at checkout. Even though stores tell you not to bring in your own. Lame.

The sad part is, this place has always been more expensive than the surrounding neighborhood markets. I understand convenience, but when your prices just keep "conveniently" going up. And you have the same lie every time something goes up, oh they changed the price last month.OK! Why are your vendors keep "raising" your prices. But everyone else still has the same price for a FRACTION OF THE PRICE!!! The sad part is this is the store surrounded by hotels. Making a killing! But killing everyone else on pricing...

My boyfriend and I stop by all the time! They have everything you need and we love the people who work here. They are so friendly!

The cashier is pretty funny and nice. He always has jokes and makes my midnight walks really enjoyable
