I came out here with some friends during a holiday and it was incredibly crowded that there was hardly any room to dance. The crowd is mainly early 20's so if you are over 24, you may feel a bit out of place unless that's your scene. Security was aggressive and yelling at everyone in line for the bathrooms because it was crowded and when opening up the stalls the bathroom itself is disgusting as shown in pics. My friend's jumpsuit got soaked with toilet water as did my heels. 2 stars because the couches/ mirrors and setup inside the bathroom is nice and the venue itself is cool and could probably be spacious, perhaps they could open up the top floor for dancing ....They need to not let it get it so crowded and they need to do a better upkeep of their bathrooms. Also , the bartender was fast to make drinks and gave plenty of water if you needed it.

I was looking to book a table for my friend's birthday and requested for more info about bottle service. I was contacted by a promoter but I had told them I booked somewhere else. She was very nice and asked me How were my accommodations and pricing was. But in the background, I can hear her supervisor monitoring the sales interaction and make smug laughs about what I paid somewhere else (which was cheaper). I told kind promoter, that I can hear her supervisor and they're acting very unprofessional then hung up. Real talk, the promoter was nice but the supervisor can use a lesson or two and get humbled. Trust me when I say don't come here, they want to finesse you for what you got and you don't wanna party with people like them.

Lots of people fighting. Bad vibes. I expected a classy experience which it should be based on the ads but it's someplace I would not recommend because of the horrible security. Everything is too expensive. Bring back Trocadero Transfer, now that was a great night club

My husband and I came out to party in the city. The vibe was awesome, music was good and drinks were good too. I love the ambiance and the bathroom is nice with chairs and mirrors. Service was great and they had a surprise samba dancers at midnight. Will def come again.

Honestly the club itself is nice, mostly the beautiful chandelier in the middle of the room. The bottle girls were beautiful, seemed sweet, and did pour our first round. But the security guards were rude for unnecessary reasons. I do not plan to return only because my girls and I had such terrible experiences with the security guards. There was one instance where my girl slipped and fell because the floor was wet at a decline. (That was the first and only time she fell.) instead of helping me pick her up the security guard walked up to us and told me if she fell one more time she would get kicked out ???? I simply replied, maybe if you cleaned your floors it wouldn't have happened in the first place. Assholes for no valid reason I swear.

This is one of the worst places I have been to in San Francisco and I have never been more humiliated at a bar. Do NOT come here, it is simply not worth the security risks.My friends and I went here to celebrate new years and one of my friends and another girl got into an argument. The other girl became extremely physical and aggressive, hitting my friend MULTIPLE times and resulting in her getting a mild concussion (something we found out the next day). After I approached the group the girl was in, I was letting one of her friends (a completely reasonable guy) know that she was extremely aggressive and this type of behavior is unacceptable, when out of nowhere the same girl lunged at me and punched me square in the eye. It doesn't matter who punches you in the eye, it hurts like a b****. Immediately after this a security guard grabbed me by my shoulders and dragged me out of the club shouting "YOU'RE DONE, YOU'RE DONE" as if I had done something wrong, while I was still dealing with the pain of just being sucker punch in my right eyeball. I understand that nightclub security have to deal with some pretty rough situations and it's not an easy job whatsover, but my side of the story was completely unheard (literally, I tried to tell the security guard who dragged me out that I had done absolutely nothing wrong whatsoever while clutching my right eye which was swelling up). Only ONE bouncer (the only woman security personnel) vouched for me. Regardless of all this, the girl in the club continued to stay in the club with absolutely no repercussions. After my friend who was repeatedly hit by this girl asked why she was not kicked out one of the bouncers said "it doesn't matter, the club is almost closed". Keep in mind, 1) it was still 1:30 at that time and 2) I HAD JUST BEEN KICKED OUT A COUPLE MINUTES BEFORE? If the club was "almost closed" and this was the reasoning behind not kicking this girl out, why was I forcibly removed? They also kept asking us to leave saying that the police were going to arrest us... I don't understand we were just standing on the street, exactly what part of this whole situation was going to result in us being arrested.TLDR; I will never be going to this club again, I was assaulted here and then *I* was the one who was dragged out by security which makes absolutely no sense. Imagine someone shoots YOU and then YOU go to jail - that's how this whole experience felt.

Zero stars if I could , security thinks they are top flight security of the world. Threaten to fight us because we were standing on the sidewalk! Told us to meet them after they closed. 9 security guards threatened 3 guys. Horrible place and I do not recommend to anyone.

Asian lady at the entrance (when u gotta pay the fee) rude for no reason. Ruined the vibe to goto the club that night. She prolly thought she was being funny in front of security guards and maybe had too much to drink at her job but ruined the vibe fs. DONT TRY TO BE MEAN TO FIT IN!! Especially if ur not gonna say what u said when u sober.

The people at this location are very ruthless. I would be cautious of getting a VIP table. The Central American people nearby that go there often can be extremely jealous if you get a table next to them. I was invited and almost kicked out by the hair. I would beware.
