The Crepe House

Florentine Crepe - tasty stand crepe. Very cheesy and lots of spinach. I was that there was more feta throughout instead of the other cheese and that the spinach was chopped to also distribute more evenlyAlso tried the Pesto Pasta from my friends plate. The pesto was creamy and had good flavor. Not too heavy but a generous portion especially if you go for lunch. Good amount of chicken in it.Service is good and they bussed a table we wanted by the window. Chill and casual spot, not very busy on a weekday.

Everything was solid. Crispy potatoes, crisp salad, hot and well seasoned chicken crepe. Also got an OJ that was freshly squeezed. Service is order from the counter.

Upon sitting down I watched a mouse scurry from the kitchen door to a hiding place in the wall of the building then proceed to peek out at me. This dropped the rating from a 3 to a 2, probably should be a 1. Will try to upload the photo I took.Got a savory crepe that eas weirdly folded on itself to accommodate a huge overly dressed piled of spring greens. As a crepe with cheese and pesto, I expected it to be more oily but have had them elsewhere in SF and France with not nearly the grease that was coming off of my almost pizza-like crepe. That being said it was still pretty good...however the salad was essentially inedible with how much dressing was on it.

Super tasty food. Bit of a mixup with my order but it got sorted out. Had the eggplant crepe and would do so again. So many yummy choices!

Sometimes I crave a good Eggs Benedict. The Crepe House on Polk serves it and many others. Indoor and Outdoor seating available. Just wanted to point out that sitting outside on Polk street can be adventurous sometimes.Located on Polk St. and Washington St.; across the street from UpforDayz.

I happened to be in SF today for an appointment and decided to try out The Crepe House. I drank a raspberry Italian soda which I loved! For appetizer, I had their soup of the day which was a tomato soup that came with a small piece of bread and butter. I don't like all tomato soups but theirs was delicious. My entree was a chicken pesto crepe that came with potatoes and spring mix salad. The salad is just the kind you can get from Safeway but the chicken pesto was quite tasty. I won't especially be back since I don't live nearby and my favorite crepe restaurants are Crepevine (various locations), and Frodo's in Fremont. When it comes to portion size, The Crepe House's crepes are a lot less filled and are just half the size at about the same price. The taste is very similar to Crepevine (which is great), but not so great when it comes to value. Either way, I did still enjoy the lunch here so 3 stars overall. I'll definitely be on the look out to buy more of the Italian soda!

Amazing neighborhood spot! I love the atmosphere, it has the vibes of a diner but modern. The sandwich and fries were delicious! I pass it all the time and I'm happy I finally tried it!

Very retro interior where you order at the counter first! No wait for a Saturday brunch, and food was served quite promptly. I got the London fog, which was very good, and the Miami heat crepe, which came with crispy potatoes and salad. The portions were way bigger than I expected (justifying the price point), and the potatoes were very well done. The crepe was a bit heavy for my taste but I would come back to try the dessert crepes as well!

Eggs Benedict was wonderful with the eggs cooked to perfection and the bacon delicious. The service was friendly and helpful, and they're genuinely happy to serve you. The ambiance is nice and approachable. Outside dining available on the sidewalk, and the inside is inviting and neatly decorated. They have a lot of different options beyond just crepes, so it's a great place for families and friends. I feel very fortunate to have found this place. Sometimes you just feel overwhelmed with options to choose from, and you can't go wrong with The. Crepe House. Amazing!
