That's Amore Woodfire Pizza

Yummy pizzas with the BEST FRIES! Yes..they have the perfect crispy fries. It's crescent shaped and we order it every time. Amore pizza has been one of our family favorites restaurant for years. I'm so happy they are in my neighborhood. Family owned business and they are so nice!! We come here with a big group and they are always so accommodating and great for kids! Did I tell you this place has the BEST FRIES and yes awesome pizza too.

Found this little corner spot and I'm so happy I did. We ordered the almond salad, wings, and a pizza and it did not disappoint. The wings had great flavor. They were meaty and well sauced. The salad was a nice contrast. Refreshing with lots of nutty crunch from the toasted almonds, and delicious house dressing. The pizza was terrific. Nice char on the crust without being burnt. It was chewy, light, and delicious. The kids chicken fingers and fries were also yummy. I've never seen french fries like that in my life and just like all the other reviews, they were incredible! This place is such a sweet find. The restaurant itself was nice and clean. Small but can still accommodate parties up to 8-10 people. I wouldn't do that without a reservation though. Nice clean bathroom. The service here was probably one of the best parts about the experience. Our server Ahmed, was kind and friendly. Great restaurant for families with children. The only thing that would've made this experience better is if the pizza and the wings were both cooked a touch longer. I know that sometimes it can be challenging to get Pizza cooked in a Woodfire oven to the perfect crisp. A minute too long and it will burn. A minute too short and it's doughy. Our Pizza could've used another minute. With that being said, the food was still delicious. I will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

If I could give 3.5 stars, I would.I came here for the first time on a Friday evening with reservations for 2 at 6pm. I highly recommend reservations. When we arrived, it wasn't too busy; as we ate, a large party of middle schoolers came in, and there was also another large party for some other event. The restaurant was completely full! I'm glad to see business is doing well, but it got VERY loud (nothing against the restaurant itself; children are children and they be hollerin').I ordered the: - garden pizza (incredible crust, but bland for a pizza. I don't think it needed the arugula, which overpowered the delicate flavor of the vegetables. The tomato sauce was great and the cheese was good. I will return to try other flavors.)- grain bowl (a nice light-but-filling appetizer. You will get double the amount you think you'll get, which is a nice surprise. Get dressing on the side though--the balsamic was on the acidic side, with not much balsamic flavor.)- tiramisu (you can definitely taste the booze, if you like that! It's a generous portion.)The restaurant crammed in way too many tables into the space. At times, we couldn't eat because our elbows would have bumped into a server. All of the staff were very nice, but the process of getting help/water/to-go boxes was disorganized--someone would come by and offer to get us a box, then disappear, then someone else would stop by and ask if we needed a box. I don't know if the tables are assigned or not, but there was definitely some confusion. Our dessert didn't come out and we had to remind a server we ordered it. The bathroom was clean but VERY strongly scented of an appley air freshener.

That's Amore offers a nice vibe to dine in, with food that is full of flavor at a generous price point. As a local it's nice to have a regular spot you can enjoy to dine in or take out. Everything I've ordered here - the pizza, corkscrew fries, veggie lasagna, and alfredo pasta have their own special touch, & feel that there is passion and inspiration behind each dish.

My family and I stopped by here after church, we decided to try out a local spot on the way back home at That's Amore SF. We were greeted right away and showed to our table. We were given menus and water to drink while deciding on what to order. We finally ordered a Prosciutto, Mozzarella, and Arugula 12" Woodfired Pizza to Share and the kids ordered Penne Alfredo and Penne Pesto Alfredo, we also ordered a side of Fries and Meatballs topped with Arugula. Everything tasted delicious and made in house. Ingredients seems to be of the finest and seems fresh. Super cute and cozy and a clean place of establishment. So easily missed if you aren't paying attention but because we always pass by we decided to give them a try. I must say please stop by and see for yourself. You will like it just as much as we did.

That's Amore is one of our favorite pizza spots. They have reliably tasty pizza and other food selections using high quality ingredients. The quality of the pizza dough used at That's Amore is particularly of high quality, which I appreciate (that is to say, it is not your run of the pizza joint). Thankfully, the prices are quite reasonable and the service is always outstanding. I'll continue to be a repeat customer.

Place is pretty cozy , I liked the interior and staff were so nice and welcomed me first when I stepped in . My pizza was very delicious and exactly what I expected, just one thing I was surprised is the prices , they don't match website, online it says 20$ For chicken garlic and I paid 36$ in store. Was contacted by business owner and figured out I got a bigger size than it states in the menu that's why there was price difference, I appreciate fast reply and explanation of my confusion. But I guess there needs to be some easy access to different size prices so no one else gets confused.

This is a really nice, very friendly and cozy neighborhood pizzeria. But more than a pizzeria. There's a real family and friendly welcoming vibe on entering. Nothing fancy. But nicely appointed and very comfortable. A great variety of wood-fired pies, some nice baked pasta dishes, and hearty salads. My wife had the cast iron mussels with pizza strips for dipping. Good hearty sauce and flavorful dish. Marguerite and a prosciutto-arugula-Parmesan were very satisfying. The Marguerite included fresh cherry and mini plum tomatoes, really nice touch. Desserts are maybe house, maybe bought in. But they looked very edible. We saved our remaining appetite for ice cream down the street. I would really recommend Amore and love to come back soon myself.

That's Amore is a casual pizzeria that replaced a cafe I used to frequent.I'm happy to report that the wood fired oven, sailed in from Naples, produces delicious pizzas at a fair price point. My husband and I tried the St. Clair's Takewondo pizza (marinara, mozzarella, sausage, basil, and oil) along with the lasagna and cast iron mussels. We enjoyed it all. The tiramisu was also excellent. One of the best I've had.Service was attentive. Parking is great. Every dish from starter to dessert was tasty, a rare occurrence in restaurants. We will definitely be back.
