Ted's Market & Deli

First time trying Ted's yesterday because my husband raves about their sandwiches here all the time! Online ordering is easy, you can select your pick up time when you check out. When I arrived, I picked up some chips & drinks and my sandwiches were ready waiting. I ordered the Roast Beef ($12.75) & Rich Boy ($13.75). Let me tell you..they are FAT & STUFFED. This is what a sandwich is supposed to be! Lots of layers of meats and condiments!! My hubby said he used to be able to get sandwiches for under $10 and even more stuffed if you can believe it.. Prices have gone up as with everything and smaller portions are everywhere now..but for the price, it's still worth it here. Plus, they have my Organic Teas (Just Iced Tea) in many flavors (formally Honest Tea). Great value for your lunch sandwiches here! PS: Come early to avoid lunch rushes with lines out the door!

This place used to be great. But the last couple of times I have eaten here have not been the best experiences. The people who work behind the counter are always working on multiple orders and you have to keep repeating your order to them. Despite that, getting your order wrong is just unacceptable. I ordered my sandwich extra toasted and it was not toasted at all. Just plain dry bread. Asked for extras which were also not added. Disappointing.

I used to work a couple blocks away from Ted's and this was the go-to spot for huge, delicious sandwiches with a San Pellegrino. The hot pastrami on toasted dutch crunch is a staple!

The sandwiches are always fresh with fresh veggies and delicious and the service is great the cashier is a great guy

This place is the epitome of a deli in San Francisco. It has all the eats from mac & cheese, chili, soup at small and medium quite affordable. They make custom-made sandwiches. They have salads in there cold section, they have a large variety of snacks and beverages. People come in daily for their fresh coffee. The last couple times I've ordered the soup which was a chili chowder, which was absolutely unique and lovely. And I tried the chili which was really hearty. I can never eat the whole thing so it's definitely two servings the large portions for me. I also love their breakfast sandwiches if you really like a lot of bacon they deliver on an English muffin and a whipped up egg. It is delightful and great for on the go. The staff are all very friendly and cordial. Don't you can order right up at the counter where they're making the food and then you check out with the point of sale which is quite quick. It has a great neighborhood atmosphere of the staff were all very jovial and friendly. They speak lots of languages and you will hear that so that's amazing as well and it is bedrock for the area and it's so great to have something like this a block away from my house. It is an oasis and a desert.

Excellent choices, great deli great options I recommended if you're on a job site nearby or just passing by

I really love this place and sandwiches are great. We've also had them do catering for us (sandwich tray) and they went above and beyond making sure we had everything we need. My only complaint is with online sandwich ordering. On more than one occasion I didn't get the condiments on my sandwich that I wanted. Maybe it was just missed. But I was really looking forward to it in my sandwich (cranberry).

OK so my partner and I just happened to be walking by here and decided let's stop in. Once we got in, we decided to get a sandwich b/c why not? It's lunch time and I need a new deli to replace mine back home in STL. I got the Rich Boy and my partner got herself a Rueben. The service was prompt and attentive, so that's always good. The vibe was a typical deli vibe, so no complaints there. My partner said her Rueben was delicious and the flavor was there. My Rich Boy was so good too, wow. Who would have thought by the looks of this place but yeah I'll be coming back more. Note that for credit cards there is a 4% service fee, but not for cash or debit cards. I really enjoyed this place.

Awesome neighborhood market and deli-style shop with great coffee, breakfast sandwiches and grocery staples. The staff is always so friendly and it's a great place to get coffee and and a breakfast sandwich in the morning.

I have been here several times and the items that I have bought is the Rasberry Zingers & Cherry Flavored Energy Drink!!!! This Market & Deli is a cool place!!! Not only that I also had bought myself a Zero Sugar A&W Zero Sugar Root Beer cool place to buy yourself a refreshing drinks or beer of your choice!!!!!
