What a big menu on the wall, with different bobas and Asian snacks like popcorn chicken and small eatsFavorite thing about this cafe if the happy hour special which you will see a sign on the street advertising 4 boba drinks for special low price.Flavors are : oolong, Thai tea, regular milk tea, and taro. Wonderful for me cus Tato is my go to. During certain hours only but it's a good half the day so chances are you can get it. Limit two per person at this price. It's a great deal if you live around here and are not picky about your drink. You know, you get what you pay for so set your expectations rightIt's a small place so no tables to sit and hangout. You grab and go. Parking is hard in this area anyway so best to have someone drop you off and wait. There are benches to sit while you wait Service is cordial and quick. It seems the happy hour drinks are ready made and just have to a scoop when you order so it comes out fast to get you going and out on your way

Here's a secret:If you go up to the cashier, they have a small promo hanging on the left side that you can easily miss. Weekdays from 10am to 6pm you can order from four selected boba drinks that only cost $1.75 or so.I already ordered my Mango drink before I saw this.

This place has better food than boba. the boba special is horrible besides maybe the milk tea. Jasmine and oolong tasted gross. 5 degree tea house like two shops away has the same exact special too and it's WAYYY better. I get boba from 5 degree and popcorn chicken from Tea plus but tea plus chicken just takes a long time to come out. everything takes a long time to come out there. i recommend 5 degree more.

Waited more 30 minutes for my order. Milk tea, popcorn chicken, curry fish ball, two piece of spam musubi Drink should be fast. It is simple drink. Musubi wait over with rice. I can understand popcorn chicken and curry fish ball taking time. But the drink a musubi should have been out. Yes I did order the popcorn chicken and curry fish ball take time but this place took it to another level of delay delivery, even if you have only two people working. Drink to the client first, something for now why they wait.

The milk tea was terrible. I ordered the Thai milk tea with rainbow jelly and it tasted sour. That's not normal. The service was bad, cashier would be eyeing me and being impatient when I ordered. I would give half a star if I could, disgusting place with ugly decorations and super slow, 15 minute wait time for 2 Thai milk teas. Never going back there again.
