What a lucky day it was for me! I came on a Friday around 10:30am, we were able to find parking pretty quick and we did not need to wait for a table to be seated. It was really simple to order, you scan the QR code on the table number they give you and you also pay there as well. We split the avocado tartine and smoked salmon tartine and they were both the best versions of terrines I've ever had. Really great quality on all the ingredients, and I love the flavor profiles from the little toppings on each tartine we chose. I would highly recommend both terrines for anyone to try, and everyone's food around us also smelled and looked delicious. I feel like you can probably do no wrong ordering anything from their menu. I decided to order a variety of pastries to go, a server came over and took my order and I was able to pay right then so that I didn't need to go wait in the pastry line. It was a short line, but of course this route saved me more time and effort.Overall, great service, great location, and fantastic food. I will definitely be back, I would love to try a Los Angeles location since I live out there.

We had the tomato soup (so comforting in sf foggy weather and loved that it came with a breadstick!!), pastries, and the smoked salmon toast. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back. Only thing is that parking around here is so bad; it took us forever to find a spot.

Am I a brunch person now?I went here with a friend visiting from abroad - I hadn't heard of Tartine (restaurant or food item), but they had, so we went!Wow! Where have tartines (is that even the correct plural form?) been all my life? I ordered the salmon Tartine and it blew me away. Taste, color, texture - it was all fantastic. It's like a bruschetta but more dense. And on top of all that, the staff and espresso (and other drinks) were also wonderful and all smiles. I actually wanna bring friends and family here. Definitely recommend!

Really great breakfast and service!! I am not usually a morning bun person but it was the best morning bun I've ever had. The inside was really soft and citrusy while the outside was caramelized and chewy. We split the omelette and egg sandwich, the egg sandwich was incredible with the aioli and the egg was light and fluffy. I got the morning bun latte half sweet, and that was really delicious and unique to Tartine. We came around 10am on a Sunday and the line was long but the service was shockingly fast to order and get our food. It's in an industrial-looking establishment, so it was cool to watch them actually baking while we ate.

Tartine Manufactory serves pizza during their dinner service and luckily they take reservations which makes the experience much more worth it than waiting in line! We went on a Wednesday night and were treated to wonderful service by the staff and even better food. We got the warm country bread which was definitely some of the best sourdough and butter I've had but it's hard to justify its $9 price tag. I would still pay it again but I really love bread. We got the combo pizza which was delicious with lots of toppings and a great balance of acidity, salt and spicy. I was a huge fan of the pizza. The food here is very good but you have to be a huge fan of sourdough to find it as scrumptious as me. The part I've left out and where the restaurant falls short is definitely the cocktails. I tried the pain + passion and the strawberry gin gimlet. The former has a strong herbal medicine taste which was very off putting. The gimlet was okay, not very flavorful or interesting. I would definitely stick with wine here. Overall I would definitely come back for a nice dinner as the warehouse vibes are cozy and perfect for catching up or a date night. But I understand why not everybody would think it's worth it.

Food:- Garlic Bread: definitely a little pricey, but flavor wise, this was my favorite item of the night! I loved the depth of flavor from the black garlic butter which paired really well with the cheese- Seasonal Mushroom Pizza: I love mushrooms so I really enjoyed this. The texture of the mushrooms were on point: meaty but not chewy or tough. If I had to nitpick, I think a sourdough crust would have paired so well with the richness of the cheese and sauce. - Fig and Pig: really enjoyed this one! Loved the pairing of sweet and savory with the figs + honey and baconI've always known Tartine Manufectory as a great spot for brunch or lunch, but I was pleasantly surprised by their pizza dinner. Every pie I had was tasty with a light crispy crust. Definitely will have to drop by in the future!

I've been wanting to try Tartine Manufactory for quite some time and I was finally able to this past weekend as there was a craft fair next door at Heath Ceramics. The line wasn't too long at around 10:30am luckily and we were able to find a table right away. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and a chocolate poppyseed babka to go. The breakfast sandwich was okay. The bread was a potato bun that was tasty but not structurally sound. It fell apart when I cut the sandwich in half and as I was eating it. The egg was fluffy and I actually liked the bitterness of the arugula. But without the hot sauce I added, it wouldn't have had much flavor. Speaking of which, the hot sauce was good. It tasted like tobasco even though it's another brand (it's sold at Heath Ceramics next door). The chocolate poppyseed babka was delicious! I love the nuttiness from the poppyseed, and it was very soft on the inside with a nice crunch on the outside. It went well with a cup of earl grey tea. Service is really friendly! Condiments are self-service but the hot sauce I was looking for was hiding behind a tall pepper shaker from my POV. A waiter was kind enough to get it for me. The space has lots of natural light. And I love that the aroma of bread is all around and that you can see it get made. Unsurprisingly, the prices are high. The quality of food is good, but I'm also not going to make my way to the Mission to dine here for brunch. Though, I would like to try their dinner menu. I recommend getting here when they open to avoid a long wait time.

This review is only for their bakery! I ordered a flaky jalapeño ham croissant and a ginger pastry (forgot the full name). The ginger muffin had amazing texture and flavor- light, moist, and chocolatey. Get there early because there is always a long line. Yummm

Really cool space in the Mission which is bright and airy. The menu looked promising - however, the pizza - which was supposed to be the main star of our dinner - was extremely underwhelming. The pineapple pizza came with black garlic which just didn't work in terms of taste - and worse, it was visually off putting. I can't even remember the name of the other pizza we got because it was that forgettable and we didn't even finish it.

I absolutely love Tartine Manufactory -- it's one of my favorite spots to visit! The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Their bread is always baked fresh, and their ingredients are top-notch.On my most recent visit, I got the avocado and smoked salmon toast, both of which were outstanding. The mushroom soup was a real standout-- creamy and unique, with a flavor I couldn't quite pin down (maybe a hint of tahini?) The ambiance here is warm and inviting, making it a go-to spot for celebrating birthdays or bringing friends visiting SF. That said, there are a couple of downsides. 1. Parking in the area is challenging, and I've heard of car break-ins nearby, so I recommend proceeding with caution. 2. If you visit before 5 pm, it can feel a bit rushed b/c of how popular the place. Still, TM remains one of my top favorites. The quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere make it worth it. I highly recommend checking out this place!
