Taqueria Celaya

I ended up here randomly after another spot I was going to go to was closed. Plenty of seating inside and we were helped right away. We ordered the food to go, and it was ready 10 minutes after ordering. - Carne asada super burrito (3.5/5)I wasn't a huge fan. Not bad but I would skip next time. Not much flavor on the meat.- Al Pastor Super Burrito (4/5)This was pretty good. I enjoyed the flavor of the meat, the grilled onions and rice. -Pineapple Water (5/5)So good! Still thinking about it now -Red and Green salsa (5/5) Salsas were on point! The red was my favorite with the chips they gave for free with my order (:

Was in need of a quick bite before work, so I decided to give this spot a try since it was in close proximity to where I needed to be. I've been trying to tell myself to eat healthier and to me that means going grilled chicken in my super burritos. The burrito came out in less than 10 minutes, and it was piping hot. I really liked the flavor of the beans, pico, and rice. All tasted super fresh. I couldn't really taste any of the guacamole, felt like there wasn't much there. When getting the chicken, I think going extra sour cream would be the play but if I'm being honest I should've gone with asada or pastor. Chicken wasn't super flavorful but it did what it needed to do. For around $15 after tax, it's the new normal for super burritos in the bay area so I've just come to accept it at this point. If you are looking for a classic taqueria mission-style burrito, this spot hits that mark.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. The guy that was at the register was so rude to my family and I. We placed our order and sat at the table and this nice lady comes to our table and says they packed our order to go and it was because the guy at the register didn't want us inside. I was so shocked we got up and I told him that his attitude was so disgusting I came to eat here with my kids . By far the worst customer service ever. This whole time we weren't even being rude until I told him his behavior was disgusting because I had my kids and we were here to eat . El Peor servicio en my vida aqui. El señor nos trato a mi y a mi familia muy mal .

I have had this taqueria at other parties, but finally had a chance to have them cater at a party of my own! Working with them was a breeze and I was able to book them last minute. The food is delicious, the servers and service is wonderful and I can't wait to use them again! They have everything packed so efficiently and the bring EVERYTHING! I highly recommend them!

One of the go-to spots in South City. Definitely a consistent when it comes to a taqueria.

Terrible experience,was the worst Mexican place ever ,staff extremely rude ,inattentive rude,aggressive and unfriendly,food tasteless,poor quality and unfriendly ambiance,they mentioned on a very angry and impertinent way that you can't sitting in the dinner if you not ordering first,even if you have a seniors in your party.Definitely I won't recommend this place ever.

Have not been here for years! Decided to come back and try the Super Burrito w/ Carne Asada. It's decent compared to the tacquerias around including LA Tapatia and El Farolito. I personally feel those places simply make a tastier and better burrito. So, I won't be back here anytime soon.

Been inside this place maybe a handful times, food is spot on, we actually use this spot for catering more then anything else, countless birthdays, graduations, etc. During end of May and June getting a good taco person to cater for your party is difficult, if you call ahead more then a month you can get these folks to cater your party, they supply everything you need food wise.Each time we booked them they knocked it out the park, choices of meats are more then regular taco spots, for me you can't go wrong with the basics, carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, if you feel adventurous try their lengua, chile verde, cabeza, I for the most part stay away from pollo at all taqueria's just my preference. For all the meats for your graduation party, birthday party stick with the carne asada, al pastor, and carnitas unless you know your guest will venture out and try the lengua and everything else, or just lie and say to all your patrons its beef like you do to your kids haha they won't be able to tell if they never tried it haha no honestly everything they make is good.If you want they also have the option for torta's, quesadillas, burritos, just make sure you request it as an option if you are hosting the party, for drinks, of course you can stick with horchata, (seasonal) pineapple and watermelon. These folks got everything covered for you and your food needs. always our first pick for catering parties more then 20/30 people, definitely must tryfood *****price $$service *****ambiance (depends if your getting them to cater)

My family favorite go to place. Great food and great price. Food its simple, yet delicious. Service is fast and friendly. You can't go wrong!
