Taqueria Cancun

I haven't been to this place in awhile. It still is a great place to eat. The service is fast. You have to place an order at the counter. There is no waiters, but they are very efficient here.It's a simple taqueria but for $20 I got chips, Fresca, & a super shrimp burrito made hot + fresh with any choice of beans (black beans is my favorite).The decorations is what you would expect from an average Taqueria. This place is clean what I mean by clean is nothing sits on the floor and there is a bathroom for customers.This place I've been coming to for years. It is a definite repeat, and I recommended to all my yelpers.

If I lived in SF, this would be my go to Mexican spot. I had the carne asada super burrito and it was delicious! I also had their fresh squeezed orange juice. The service was friendly and they were quick. Great salsa and their chips were thicker than normal but also good.

Carne asada plate was tasty with the bean, cheese, rice, avocado, and tortillas and filling. Sometimes nice to take time just preparing what's going in your mouth as opposed to the burrito where you're not sure what's going to be in each mouthful. Carne asada had some tough parts in it but overall enjoyable. Mainly it's close to work so I can relax and take time to eat while watching the view on mission street.

Unbelievable how bad this place has gotten. I've been coming here for years and it used to be decent but now it's just inedible. Just bought a carne asada burrito I had to throw away - the meat was almost entirely gristle, rice and beans tasted days old. An entirely flavorless, gristle chewing experience. To top it all off, the chips were so stale they were chewy. I've never thrown a burrito away in my life. Disgusting.

Best Mission burrito in SF! The burritos are stuffed and the tortillas are nice and toasted. The carnitas is so flavorful as well as the al pastor. Anyone looking for a mission-style burrito, look no further!

A small taqueria place which seems popular for the area, but definitely tricks you on the salsa. Both times I went there they didn't add salsa even though I ordered a vegi burrito, it only has four ingredients ..... including salsa.

My bf ordered a vegetarian burrito with no rice 2 weeks ago. I took a bite of it and there was a hard crunch that almost broke my teeth! I spit it out and it's a fuckin rock! I called that evening and the cashier said to call the manager/owner the next morning, but no one picked up. I called later and no one was in so I told them to contact me. No calls whatsoever. This is the worst business I've ever had in contact with. Their customer service and food has gone to shit. I will never support their business again. Be fair warned. I'd rather go to El Patron or El Farolito.

DEFINITION of a Mission burrito IMO. Tbh I find one of its many competitors, El Farolito, disgusting. San Jose, El Toro and Pancho Villa -- not as bad but also. Cancun strikes the right balance of being a late night exuberance, while still being culinarily defensible. If you're 20 years old, it's a totally valid dinner option also. But I'm twice that so uuuuusualy I go to The Little Chihuahua, Papalote, or some others.

Chicken super tacos were super messy and super delicious. Highly recommend. Service was quick too
