Tacos El Charrito

There are a lot of really good taco shops in SSF and Daly City, but this one is my favorite. Everything is really good, but the birria tacos are especially outstanding. The owner of the truck is super nice. It's my new go-to place for tacos/burritos.

I recently stopped by Tacos El Charrito Food Truck, and I have to say, the Super Nachos with Jalapeños were absolutely out of this world! The portion was massive, loaded with crispy tortilla chips smothered in gooey melted cheese, seasoned chicken, and fresh toppings that really elevated the whole experience. But the real star was the jalapeños--perfectly spicy with just the right amount of heat, adding a bold kick to every bite.The nachos were so flavorful and filling that I almost couldn't finish them (but definitely tried!). The salsa was tangy and refreshing, providing a nice balance to the richness of the cheese. The food truck itself was super clean, and the service was quick and friendly, making for a great overall experience. I highly recommend it if you're craving a snack that's both satisfying and flavorful! Will definitely be coming back for these nachos.If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem!

Decent place for burritos. Their regular burritos are better than the super ones. The carne is a bit dry tho so I would say just come prepared for that

Pretty decent Mexican food. I got an El Pastore/Carne Asada torta. The meat was diced very small. Bread and the vegetables tasted fresh. The service was fast and friendly. My only one star off was that there were no chips offered and when I asked for salsa she said they only gave me one: spicy. Unlike the other reviews, I didn't have a chance to try the other salsas.Still recommend since it's friendly

Damn El Charrito, you got me craving those flavors. After doing some grocery shopping in Colma, we decided to try a new (to us) taco truck which is located near the Wendy's in Colma/Day City border area. We were surprised to see so many 5 star reviews, but now I know why. We decided to get a couple burritos, my BF wanted a Carne Asada and I wanted the Birria. Both were huge and had half for lunch and the rest for dinner. What I really loved was the salsas! They gave us free chips with three types of salsa; a roasted pepper tomato that was spicy, a habanero that was also spicy but so tasty I couldn't stop eating it and the last was a green salsa that was less spicy but very flavorful.

Another visit and another 5 star review. You know this place is good when you see other Mexican people eat here. This time we had a bunch of tacos. Birria, cabeza, carne asada, and al pastor. They were all delicious!! The women that run this truck are so nice and I love the friendliness and how welcoming they are. Plus, the seating area is a nice little spot to sit and enjoy your food.

Ok the main reason I picked this place is because I saw on Yelp pictures that they make their quesadilla how I like it. Basically everything is stuffed inside like how El Farolito or La Guadalajara makes it. But then when I received my order, I was disappointed when my quesadilla looked like a usual quesadilla cut up into triangle and the sour cream and guac on the side. Not what I wanted. My family got burrito and it was good. Also a plus that they give free chips. Our order took a little while but all good.

I love this taco truck!! The best service, food and environment. 100% recommend! I have tried their carne asada super burrito, and the super carne asada quesadilla and both were absolutely amazing.

I was looking for a place that served birria tacos. So tried their quesabirria tacos and they're really yummy, made with their stewed beef. My partner had ordered their soft tacos and they were a hit too. They're only open till 7pm though, so get there before then. I've yet to try other items, but their birria is too yummy to pass on just yet lol!

Tacos and burritos are delicious and the customer service is amazing! They always welcome me with a smile! Check them out if you're in the Daly City area.
