Relatively new venue on the corner of Van Ness and Mission, great place for rooftop sets and close to after hours performances. Lights are great but could build more character as walls are pretty blank. Inside the bones of an old car dealership, the venue has ample room to manuever and outdoor breathing area to get some air and even food. Bathrooms are plenty albeit pretty industrialParking will be a struggle but some street parking a few blocks off. Definitely transit friendly and has a warehouse rave vibe for those curious

Went for a DJ concert. The sound quality was beyond terrible. Essentially you cannot hear any music just bass. If you walk by outside and hear the sound, it is pretty much the same inside. Seriously avoid at all costs. We left 10 minutes after the main guy came on because it was impossible to hear despite being super super loud

Shut it down. Poor safety control and extremely mediocre music entertainment. Always trashed and overcrowed, no ventilation

I was here for the Van Gogh immersive experience. The show was good but rating the experience at the location separately. I don't think they have any oversight or quality control for the staff. All of them especially the guy at the front were rude and curt. They were monosyllabic except when they were talking to each other. The facility itself is nice. Big warehouse type setting with a cool bathroom.

Been to a couple EDM shows here and while the place offers a nice view of the surrounding city, the sound quality here is terrible! Go for the ambiance but don't expect to be hearing much of the music.

If you haven't been to this yet then what are you waiting for. It is such a crazy beautiful way to experience art. This was on a 35 min loop with projectors all around the room and floor. The painting are a collection of his works with added movement and music. They provide you with a seat cushion rental and a free poster. There is a store at the end with very expensive merchandise lol. The tickets were $50 or $40 for non peak days.

The venue has a few kinks to work out before it's up to par with its competitors in the city. The ticket line and entrance staff were professional and quick. But that's where the place topped out. It was crazy hot inside and there was no air movement so it was stagnant and uncomfortable for everyone. People who were not even dancing or moving were sweating. Concession stands were all around the back and side that made it easy to got to. But then they charged $6 for a 12oz CAN of Luke warm water. There were no refill stations and the water in the can got hot fast and tasted really bad. With the room so hot you had to hydrate or you were gonna die. What was also really weird was there was one trash can and recycling can for a venue that boasts a 4,000 capacity. So people just set the cans on the ground which made for a dangerous floor space. It's funny how at other the venues the same company will sell plastic bottles of water and take away the caps (supposedly for our safety) but when given a chance to serve cheaper tap water in a can that has a screw on lid they don't care about the safety anymore. The sound was lacking If you weren't in the front half. There is a huge chandelier/heater in the middle that seems to deaden the sound in front of the sound board. Also the bass was noticeably not as powerful as most other venues. I could only see two stacks hanging in front of the stage, no subs or rear speakers for the back half. The stage was so low to the ground that if you were not in the first row you couldn't see most of the band. The guitarist is well over 6 foot and you could not see the top of his head when he was in front, basically it was just the drummers in back that was visible and half of the projections. If the stage was more than a foot higher than the crowd it would have helped. Sight-lines were terrible, sound was off and it was much hotter than the hottest of shows. The drinks were typical priced, except the nasty water that was the only option for water. There isn't a problem with this place that can't be ironed out. Getting in and out was a snap. The gender neutral bathrooms made the lines to the toilets short. No one seemed to want to dawdle in the bathroom which was nice. I did not go up to the roof but I heard it was nice for the cig smokers. The venue was 420 friendly and seriously easy to get to and to park. I took away one star for the heat and water problem and another for the stage being too low and the sound not being loud enough. But I do think that this will be a lot of fun to come back to again in the winter when the heat isn't so bad and by then maybe they'll get a real stage so you will be able to see the bands too.

Don't go. Just don't. Doesn't matter how good tye headliner is. Horrible place to listen or dance to music. I've tried for multiple dj sets and acoustics are really bad. I give up. This place was not designed for music and it's really a sham that top organizers like Goldenvoice are booking it for excellent artists who deserve better and audiences who deserve to not be misled.
