Super Save Supermarket

This place was fast service but it's not clean and some service where the person serving you has a hesitant, upset personality with 6 pieces of fries for 2 piece meal

The butcher counter is great, but every time I buy Producer's Half & Half it has already curdled. Most of the cartons don't have expiration dates so buyer beware.

For starters, their price tags aren't accurate. For example, today we bought a bottle of cleaner that said $2.99 on the shelf label but it was actually $6.18 when she rung it up. When we brought it to the checkout person's attention, she could NOT have cared less. She just shrugged and said "no. NO!" So we just left. That was so unnecessary and we were just asking if there was a mistake with the price.I've been to this store a few times and even its incorrect prices are already so much high than other stores. It's even more expensive than convenience stores and stores like Walgreens for grocery itemsWith service and prices like this, I wouldn't be surprised if this store struggles to stay open when the new Lucky supermarket opens a few blocks away.

Super Save Supermarket is a Hunters Point neighborhood staple. It is been located on third street for many years. All my experiences with customer service has always been great. Everyone is always very friendly, even when the store is busy. It is super dark inside. No real outdoor lighting can be misleading and have you skeptical, however it's a great market. Clean and neat aisles. Their meat market is always stocked with fresh pink meat. It never smells weird like other meat butcher shops. They have A lot of non familiar items too that other markets don't have. Very organized usually you pull a number to keep place if it's not too busy. The store is stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables. Great selection of home groceries. Beverages and liquors. Super Save has everything you need, you can also cash your check. Pay utility bills.Also recently added on inside is a Krispy Krunchy Chicken shack station, always hot and delicious. They also have their own parking lot, it can get "trafficy" sometimes but is still much appreciated considering the busy main street is barely available.

My first time at this supermarket and i was quite impressed. Private parking lot so parking wasn't a problem. Store was clean and well organized with clear aisles. Customer service was great and they also have a taqueria/Krispy Krunchy chicken inside. I thought the location was smaller compared to most major supermarket retailers however they seemed to have most of the necessities. They also have a butcher area in the back and a money gram spot in the front. Produce was in the front as well and looked very good. Prices here are super fair and i would definitely come back here again if i was in the neighborhood.

This store should be condemned. The meat department sells brown/ rotten meat, the prices are outrageous, and store is dusty and filthy. The only reason why they're able to remain in business is because the Bayview is a food desert.

A local grocery store with a meat market that is outstanding. A wide selection of food products as well as items one may need around the house. The grocery items are a bit on the high side but comparable to other stores (even Lucky) on most things. The meat market has very reasonable prices for quality and quantity. I highly recommend it even if you are not shopping there for regular groceries. The staff is friendly there and throughout the store. They have just finished redoing the shelves, produce area and reconfigured the aisles so it is much more clean and organized. Plus they have the San Francisco Chronicle which is becoming more and more difficult to find. I, for one, am thankful we have this store in our neighbourhood!

The woman cashier in the meat department is dishonest with customers on Wednesday 10% off for seniors. I personally had to call the manager to receive the discount after she refused to give me 10% off.I heard her ask an obvious older woman for her ID.I always remind customers to say senior or 10% before she start to ring the amount up.She's the only one I noticed who works the cash register who will not give seniors the discounted price.

I came here on a busy Friday evening and was assisted by a younger gentleman. I needed a large order of their premium steaks for a big party I was throwing and was able to find a great deal. Not only was the service super quick but I was taken care of very well and the steak was DELICIOUS. Definitely will be coming back in no time. When they say Super Save, they really mean it! Thanks guy!!!

This supermarket is a very convenient and reasonably priced, grocery store. They have most of the items you may casually need. There is a medium sized parking area. Most of all, the workers there are very friendly and service oriented. I was there last week and a gentle man politely offered to carry my grocery to my car; I told him that I was walking home --a couple of blocks away. I really appreciated the gesture; this is what I call true Service!DA
