Friendly customer service, and a nice place to get a coffee or drink and shop for some unique and cute pieces from a variety of featured artists and small businesses! I typically always get the honeycomb toffee latte when I visit and it is very delicious, although sweet especially once the honeycomb melts, but very tasty. I visited recently and like how they now opened up part of the inside of the cafe, where you can now walk inside, making it easier to view some of the merchandise. I would definitely recommend this place, and it is worth heading over to the east mall to visit this shop!

3.75 Good drinks, average pricing. No trash can. *LOCATION* This cafe is located upstairs in the Japantown mall closest to the Kabuki Hotel. *DRINKS* We ordered the (Iced) Banana Milk Latte and (Hot) Honeycomb Toffee Latte. While they do have non-dairy options, we opted for regular milk. They came out pretty quickly. Both drinks were well balanced and tasty, flavored without being overly sweet. Prices are average, around $7-8 each. *AMBIANCE* In addition to drinks and a few pastries, this shop also sells cute little (anime) pins and other trinkets. The space isn't too heavily decorated otherwise. There are a few small tables for those who want to sit and chill for a bit. *SERVICE*The woman who took our order was friendly and helpful. I was a bit indecisive, and she patiently recommended some of her favorites. I did think it was strange that they didn't have a trash can in the shop. I was directed to go "around the corner" to find the nearest one, but I couldn't find it. So I just held my cup until we saw one while walking through the mall. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Overall, it was still a pretty good experience and I'll be back to try other lattes!

Dropped by here for a coffee. Ordered a peppermint mocha that doesn't taste like peppermint at all. Coffee was strong though. What I liked was they sold cute little pins keychains and other goods from local artists. I also liked their chocolate chip rice Krispy treat.

Screen Savor is a cute little cafe and art stand tucked inside the Jtown indoor mall. I tried the strawberry hojicha and strawberry matcha--both drinks were decent, though they tasted a bit watered down and could have used a bit more sweetness. There was a mix-up with our order, and boba was added to the wrong drink, but the servers were really kind and understanding, especially since we placed our order just a few minutes before closing. They even gave us a little anime art sticker, which was a nice touch!Overall, it's a charming spot with friendly service, but the drinks could use a bit more flavor.

Super cute shop that is new in the Japan Town center. They are still in soft opening stage though, so the menu on the wall is not final yet. I ordered a dark latte which is basically like a Vietnamese coffee with charcoal. It was good! Not too sweet. I also like that they sell these cute keychains and pins.

It's apparent that they're still going through establishing the cafe as much of the store is being used for storage and I'm not entirely sure if they'll be opening it. Even if they didn't, the anime and incredibly cute keychains and acrylic stands up for sale gave plenty for the waiting customer to look at. It's so wonderful seeing local artists seeing support in a sea of AI garbage. This seems like a wonderful place to bring a date to.The staff were incredibly nice, but they did end up recommending a drink I did not enjoy. The mango rooibos tea was a flavor I had never tried before and some of the mango bits weren't cut small enough to go through the straw all the time. The tea was slightly bitter, with the mango additives on the bottom not really influencing the flavor. I really wish the drink had more of the fruit essence. For nearly seven dollars, the drink itself was smaller than most others in Japantown.I'd be more than happy to come here again and give another flavor a try, as they have a multitude of other fun and aesthetically pleasing flavors. Until then, I can't really give a very positive rating for a drink I frankly didn't like.

I clearly haven't been to the 2nd floor of the less-crowded East Mall in a while because I didn't know there was a cozy, new, cute coffee shop with creative special drinks here!I ran over to Jtown to work out of a coffee shop my friend introduced me to pre-pandemic, but they were closed for a longer Thanksgiving break. I wanted coffee, so I opened Yelp, and found screen savor. I was aghast--I had no idea about this place, but I went. It's takeout only, but they will be opening up indoor seating soon. You can take your to-go order outside to eat, or there's a few benches inside in the East Mall, or there's more seating in the West Mall nearby.Service was good and I enjoyed my unique iced Honeycomb toffee latte which they recommended. It was sweet but not overly-so. I also liked my warm ube cookie--they bake them in-house! Will be back.

BOMB DOT COM cookies!Randomly scoped out this cafe after having lunch and shopping next door and so glad we did because these are the best cookies I've had. So much so that we started with the s'mores, matcha and ube then went back for the Nutella all within a span of 10 minutes. Each cookie was so moist and fluffy in the middle but has a light crispy crust. Did not find that they were overly sweet. Favorite was the s'mores with that ooey gooey center followed by the matcha then ube and lastly, Nutella. They also have a classic chocolate chip, too, but I didn't get to try that yet. Just picked up a dozen cookies today and will be savoring and sharing with friends over this long weekend. They also serve drinks and I tried their lavender latte which is solid. Can really taste the lavender in there which is missing most of the time at other spots.Staff is efficient and very friendly - thanks for the goodies!
