Scarlet Fox is a wonderful wine bar located north of the Panhandle. Its atmosphere is welcoming and intimate. I love that it's LGBTQ-& women-owned. They're super nice here!Perfect chill spot to enjoy a glass or two (bottles lol). They've got a great selection of wines from around the world and CA but would love to see more local wineries featured. $9 per glass for their happy hour special which is a sweet deal. They've got a few snacks on the menu including a yummy cheese plate. This is the perfect spot to hit up for happy hour then take a stroll through the Panhandle on your way to a delicious dinner--lots of great choices in the area!

Scarlet Fox is such a cute neighborhood wine bar! The inside has so much lighting and is bright & welcoming. The staff is so sweet and always make you feel at home. They don't really serve food so eat beforehand and make your way over for a little night (or day) cap! It's also women owned and queer friendly which is awesome. The wine is always good and well priced for the area. You can buy a whole bottle and open it up and take the rest home. The spot is also right by the panhandle so you can walk off your buzz afterwards :)

Cute new wine bar that we checked out. It wasn't busy upon arriving and was a chill vibe. The staff was all really friendly and tried a couple glasses of wine. They had good recommendations and a good variety of bottles to buy as well.

Love this place. Great location near Muni. Great ambiance. Went for a political event they laid out food options even someone on keto could eat. The wine selection was great. Will definitely be back! The owners are super friendly and knew exactly what dry I could drink on keto.

Enjoyed a glass of red wine on my own, recommended by the bartender. The wine was reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was very lively with music playing, and a few social conversations ongoing. Nice place to meet friends or just enjoy a glass by yourself!

This is the perfect neighborhood wine bar - exceptional wines and beers, friendly, brilliant somm owner, hospitable, comfortable, and DOG FRIENDLY!We don't even live in the neighborhood and it's our favorite place to meet up with friends from all over the City and the Bay.

What a lovely new spot. We happened upon it during a walk and decided to grab a glass. Ambiance is hip, quaint, and chill. It seems clear that people in this neighborhood are really excited about this place - there was a steady stream of folks coming in the whole time. Wines are very high quality. I had a chilled red from El Dorado, really delicious and exactly what I wanted. My husband ordered one of the two beers on draft. We ordered the small cheese plate as well and all the Spanish cheeses were delicious. I can't wait to come back! I feel so proud when small businesses like this open up in SF and I am wishing this establishment great success.
