Friendly and efficient staff, and fantastic food! - Garlic naan: Huge, fragrant, and fluffy -- perfect for scooping up all the mains!- Complimentary crisp/chip (sorry I didn't catch the name) and all accompanying sauces were also delicious and a perfect appetizer to get us excited for everything to come- Lamb biriyani: Soooo flavorful, hearty, and savory! Lamb was cooked perfectly and rice soaked up all the spices and flavors. - Butter chicken: Lovely creamy sauce with a generous portion of chicken. - Tandoori platter: Surprisingly, the salmon was the best part of the platter! It was slightly smokey, a bit charred, still moist and tender, and just packed full of flavor. But unfortunately by the time we got to the chicken and lamb, it was quite tough, dry, and definitely overcooked. - Stewed lentil dish: I didn't catch the name of this dish either, but it was incredibly flavorful and a great compliment to the naan and mild butter chicken. - Complimentary mango ice cream: This had amazing mango and coconut flavor and I enjoyed it so much I bought 3 portions to go!

Service was amazing!!! Food was incredible!!! And the place is neat and clean!! And prices were reasonable. Will definitely come back again!!!

Ordered via Uber Eats since it had good reviews. But this was the WORST naan I've ever had, thick and doughy! I had to put into my toaster oven to try and crisp it before eating it. Samosas were not that good either. The chicken tikka was good though! And the cumin rice was ok. I wouldn't go here again though, because of the naan! On a side note, I did get everything I ordered and I requested extra sauce, which they did give me. Portions were to be expected.

The food is great for take out, chicken biryani is decent spicy which we like it, just not for my kid, my toddler loves the coconut chicken curry with mild spicy which he can handle it pretty well. Also, ha the mango lassi is my toddler favorite for sure. Everything looks good to me, yummy

Our new go-to Indian restaurant, since Desi closed down in my neighborhood. The waitstaff is super friendly, the food is super good! Yum!

Everything here so was fresh, hot and delicious. The butter chicken and tikka chicken were spicy and good. 5 stars !

I have tried this restaurant a couple times for take out. I never ate inside, so cannot comment on the ambiance. Service is always good when I order take out. Prices are always affordable that I can order 1 mango lassi, 2 entrees, and naan for under $40! The food I have gotten & LOVED:-Palak paneer ($13): great spices in a spinach creamy curry with cottage cheese, yummmm-Shahi paneer ($14): another creamy curry with onions, yogurt, cashew paste with cottage cheese, SO GOOD!!!-Mango lassi ($5): always fresh!-Vegetable pakora ($6.50): delicious deep fried fritters with veggies-Naan ($3): buttery goodnessOne of the BEST indian restaurants in SF :))))

My go to carry out spot for Indian food in inner sunset. Very quick service, prices reasonable for quantity ($10-15/entree).

Found this place through yelp and came with a big group. Of the group we ordered two meat platters and had issues with it and brought it up that we had burnt pieces. Whoever came by just said thanks for letting me know and went to pick up a piece and said yea it's very well done. We didn't eat the burnt pieces and I had to eat around it. It was dry and tasteless..Owner responded and asked to removed the honest review and only acknowledged it then. The entitlement is kind of crazy. Please do not message/dm me.

This is hands-down my favorite restaurant in the Sunset area in SF. I go here at least once a month, the most recent being this past Saturday night. I've gone here to celebrate birthdays, invite friends from out of town, and to grab a nice, warm meal at the end of a long day. This cozy restaurant has amazing waiters that often check in during your meal. The rose on every single table is obviously due to the restaurant's name, but it makes the dining experience feel better every time.My all-time favorite items to get from this restaurant are their Samosas, the Tandoori Chicken, Assorted Bread (which is a huge portion of naan), Butter Chicken Masala, Lamb Curry, and Coconut Fish Curry.Yesterday, we ordered Assorted Bread, Coconut Fish Curry, and Lamb Curry.I am excited to come here next month again, as usual.
