We came here because a specific baker/chef was doing a sandwich popup, but of course we had to order some of their baked goods as well. We came later in the day so they were already out of some of the more classic pastry options, but we were still able to order a sourdough round, chocolate chip cookie, croissant, and a slice of pizza. They had quite the pizza selection, I counted 7 different flavors while we were in, and a unique variety of sourdough, including one with beets and carrots, and another with olives and citrus. We ended up going with the classic sourdough, but will absolutely try one of the fun flavors next time. For pizza we got the shroomy, and it was delicious, though it was a tough call because they all looked good. I would definitely come back here and try some of the other pizza flavors. The chocolate chip cookie and croissant were both delicious, but had a unique flavor to them. I couldn't pinpoint what it was, but the croissant almost tasted like it was made with a sourdough, and the cookie maybe had some cornmeal? Not sure what exactly it was, but I still enjoyed each and appreciate that they were a little bit different than what I normally get.

When it comes to bakeries in the Pacifica area, it's hard to find something better than Rosalind Bakery. Service is just okay and parking is easy to find. The interior is also pretty nice. There is some limited seating, but it's a cozy spot to hang out in. Their pastries are already set out so it's a quick grab and go experience for me.I recently odered:- Almond Croissant ($7)- Plain Croissant ($6)- Chocolate Croissant ($6.25)- Blue Corn Cookie ($3)To avoid yapping too much, the croissants are all very similar in terms of texture and taste overall. Very soft and flaky outside. Highly recommend going back home to toast or air fry the croissants so you can really get the crispy texture and turns the croissants from a 7/10 to a 9/10. I will say the chocolate croissant needs more chocolate, but the almond croissant was perfect. The blue corn cookie was also very interesting to me just looking at the name and the color. To be honest it just tastes like cornbread in cookie form, but I love cornbread so I enjoyed this. It also wasn't crumbly like cornbread where it might fall apart. I had a solid experience coming to Rosalind so I would be happy coming back in the future if I'm ever in Pacifica.

I came here a few years ago and forgot to leave a review! Went back again today and finally getting around to it. Let me start by saying the staff are so kind. You really feel like a local coming here. The bread is divine! They're into good crispy crust and soft inside. We got breakfast sandwiches that were really good. One qualm was that we both asked for over hard/scrambled eggs and they both came runny. I asked them to remake mine as I can't currently eat runny eggs and they were more than willing and apologetic. The remade sandwich was *chefs kiss*. We also got the almond croissant which had such a great spread on it and toasted almonds on top. We also tried a blueberry muffin top thing that they gave us with the fixed sandwich. I'll always come back to Rosalind's!

Came here for only a loaf of bread but left with a slice of pizza, croissant, sandwich, cookies, and three other baked goods. Once I walked in, I couldn't help myself and needed to try it all. There was a short line, and it went quick. The employees were very nice and heated up the slice for me. There are a couple of tables to have your goodies at, and the area was clean with cute decor. The pizza was good, but the breads we bought, the cinnamon roll, and cookie were definitely the stars here. Definitely coming back for those.

Rosalind is the premier bakery for breads and pastries in the Pacifica area, and a must-visit for any folks searching for great breakfast or lunch items while cruising in the northern coastal part of hwy 1. My family and I frequently buy the baguettes here. It's got a perfect sourdough flavor coupled with a satisfying outer crunch, allowing it to pair perfectly with soups, salads, or buy itself. The pastries here are delicious although can be a bit smaller compared to others in the bay. Service here is quick and most of all there aren't any huge lines! I can't help but think it's underrated given the location but Rosalind 's has great baked goods even compared amongst the rest of the bay area. If you have time you can even stay to sit and dine indoors or if you enjoy the cool fog of Pacifica, you can grab an outdoor table and bring your pets as well.

Taking a moment to appreciate this beautiful croissant! It was delightful. Flaky, moist, crisp on the outside. My friend purchased their baguette and we could tell how high quality it was--it made a wonderful crunch and we could tell that the inside was soft. We came close to closing and had regrets that we didn't get out of the house earlier to see what other beautiful pastries they had. We must visit again!

I've only got baked goods here from the app and for the most part everything has been good. The cinnamon roll is humongous and not overly sweet. You can easily share with 2-3 ppl. The loaf was a bit too seedy. The chocolate chip cookie was great though.Plenty of parking in the lotStaff are always quick to assist and nice.

My boyfriend and I were in the area, so we decided to stop by this bakery. We got two butter croissants ($6 ea), one chocolate croissant ($6.25), and one ham & cheese croissant ($7). We came around 2pm, so it seems like the croissants have been sitting out. We tried one of the butter croissants after we got into the car. It was flaky and slightly buttery. It was good, but I'm not sure if it was $6 good. Maybe it would've been better warmed up? I brought the other butter croissant and the chocolate croissant home for my family to try. I put them in the toaster oven to warm up. They were still very flaky and soft in the middle. They were good, but again, not sure if they're worth the price point. After reading the reviews, it seems like their bread is really good. If I'm ever in the area again in the future, I would come back to try their bread.

I paid $10 for a cinnamon roll & it was amazing! First off, that roll was Huge. It nearly was the size of the large carryout box. Second, it's a unique tasting roll. The icing is cream cheese based, while the dough was moist and crunchy where it matters ;) easily feeds 2-3 people per roll!Pizza slices are big portions too. Hawaiian was ok, but the potato was heavenly. Glad this place is walking distance to the ocean too, great food and nice outdoor views. Highly recommend!
