I enjoyed my customizable bowl, about $19 total with no extras.I got both types of salmon for protein and the pieces were very thick and fatty. It didn't look like a lot of fish at first but when I mixed it all together it was enough. The brown rice had a grainy texture that I wanted but it was a little undercooked, a little too crunchy / chewy.

Very decent price for the amount of food and raw fish you got. The line was kinda long because I went during lunch. My dish got too much soy sauce though, and it was a bit salty for me. I couldn't finish everything. I like the place though. Laidback and easy to have a big group hang out

Love how convenient and filling this food truck is! It's a permanent food truck at spark, so there's plenty of seating around. I like how you can order through doordash, so you can order ahead and just pickup when you get there. Our poke nachos were delicious, with a huge variety of toppings. Unique dish that I've never had before, but the poke and tortilla chips surprisingly go well together! Can't wait to come back again and try the poke bowls

My friend and I met at spark. I like this place so much. There are many food trucks to choose . I prefer healthy food, so I chose poke. The portion is quite large. Salmon can be eaten freshly cut,It also tastes good. $17.50 in spark is acceptable! Next time I still will choose poke.

Fish was good, everything tasted fresh but the portion was pretty small as many other reviewers have mentioned. Lots of rice. Had a Ubereats credit so ordered for pickup since I was craving some fish, but probably won't be back.Located in Spark Social in Mission Bay Area. Great outdoor space! Metered street parking in the area.

I'm not sure why anyone would come back to this place.$20 bowl with 2 very small protein scoops. The fish wash chewy and not good. They give you an option between white, brown rice , greens or a mix - similar to all places. They have limited flavor selection for marination or sauces. The customer service was worse than their fish. Rude ladies that work there and just not pleasant in any way. Nothing memorable other than the location So just skip this one food truck and try something else.

The salmon bowl I got was missing salmon? By the time we realized, the truck was closed....very frustrating experience.

The best fish I have hands down had at any poke place and I have been to HI before. The texture is so good on the fish, so fresh. The bowl is filling! Lasted me 2 meals. The veggies are fresh and I had to go back a few days later for another Johnny yaki bowl. The chips go really well and loved trying out the soda variety too. 10/10!

Food isn't terrible, but the portions are too small for $20. The cashier was also rude and bad-tempered. Spark Social is always a fun atmosphere, so that's a positive.

Would give a 0 star rating if possible. Paid $20 for a poke bowl that LITERALLY had no fish in it. Not even joking when I say none--just salad, rice and corn. Not the type to write reviews but feels disappointing to have spent this much on a business that takes advantage of customers.
