Here's what I stand by: any poke restaurant owner can reach out to a reputable seafood vendor to request for high quality cuts of seafood- prep em up and it'd be fire.. so I never base my opinion on just the quality of the fish. It's really the rice that plays the x-factor in a poke bowl. If I see sushi rice subbed for the plain white rice option, I'd give this place a second try! I wanna taste the love from the sushi rice prepping, I can eat Zojirushi rice at home any day!Wife and I got large poke bowls off DoorDash so this review is based solely on the food rather than the physical establishment. *One weird note is we ordered around 6:45PM Sun 4/2/23 but Yelp was showing this place was closed. Their current hours show Mon-Sat 10:30AM-11:00AM? Owner of the business might want to edit their Yelp page!Mine: white rice // sweet corn, cucumber // salmon, spicy tuna, scallop, spicy crab // spicy poke and spicy mayo sauce // wakame, oshinko, green onions, massago, furikake, garlic chips, sesame seeds(hers was similar: salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, and spicy crab with spicy mayo and ponzu)Pros- really filling and affordable, bowls are packed to the rim, and they're on UberEats/DoorDash for convenienceCons- lack of flavor (the rice and the sauces), quality of the fish is mediocre, carbs to fish/toppings ratio was pretty carb heavy, nothing really stood out from the bowl
