As of 9/19/24, he is only at Folsom Street between 9th and 10th Streets on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays from 8PM-3AM. Sometimes he shows as early as 7PM. He no longer works daytime in the Financial District.

I went here and got the al pastor burrito and it was not bad overall but definitely not as good as a fair few places in the bay area and generally mediocre compared to the bay area mexican food standards.- The size of the burrito was also okay and for $13 it could be a tad bit larger. - I asked for spicy and it was on the blander side so I recommend getting spicy salsa on the side. - The rice and beans inside the burrito are pretty good and the al pastor was above average.

Finally found a real authentic Mexican food truck in San Francisco that can rival those in LA. If they offered lengua as an option, I would give them 5 stars. They have a green tomatillo hot sauce which is good. Wish they had a red one also.

"Carne asada" is ground gristle when you go to this taco truck. Don't waste your time or money here.Look at that picture! It's Ground Meat. $10 is a ripoff for this. There was real avocado and a small teaspoon of sour cream. The rice and beans were great and reason for the third star. If I was in some Mickeymouse Midwestern suburban hellhole I might enjoy this but this is Frisco baby.Next!!

Hidden Gem in plain sight! lol My husband and I were starving one Friday morning and came across this food truck and we're so glad we tried it. My husband got a burrito and I got a quesadilla. They were the best we've had in SF! The carne asada was cooked and seasoned perfectly. They both had this avocado sauce that just topped it off! We will hunt this this food truck down when we're back in town and we can't wait.

Hey! So this truck has definitely made my weekday lunches way more enjoyable. It's on California Street (just off Montgomery Street) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunchtime. Head early to avoid lines. I go for their carne asada super burrito. The meat is chopped fine and seasoned on the grill for each order. It's hot, juicy, flavorful, and they use chunks of avocado and sour cream which just adds to that creamy goodness. Who likes a dry burrito, right??! I can't speak for the other meats or tortilla vessels...but give this one a try!! I think it's the best carne asada burrito in FiDi!!

I love tacos, and when I find a place (outside of Mexico) that can serve tacos just the way I love them, I go wow. Today, I tried tacos at Plaza Garibaldy Taco Truck...when I was done, I went WOW!...

Really awesome burritos and amazing tacos! All the ingredients are very fresh and rich in flavor. The guy grills up the meat right in front of you starting from whole cuts of meat so it comes out really fresh and juicy, not like a lot of other places that pre-cook everything. Very generous portions and high quality food across the menu. Definitely give this place a try.

My friends and I got a burrito from this truck--we were definitely pretty drunk so it really hit the spot. It was only one guy working on the night we checked this place out so it took a bit of time, but he was very friendly--not quite sure why he has such high ratings as I found it pretty average, but we enjoyed them nonetheless.

After a slight alcohol induced evening with friends, we happened to walk across this awesome taco truck. The line was tiny, but the people waiting were abundant. I was hesitant to order, because I only had visions of my pillows in my head. But after seeing a couple plates go out, I decided to take the plunge & go ahead. The wait was super short. It was incredible watching orders fly out of there! The lady at the window could juggle with the best!In no time, the line had disappeared and my order came up. When I'd asked for extra hot sauce on the side, it was no problem & was happily handed to me. I decided not to be rude & eat in front of my friends, so I carried it home, wrapped in foil. When I got home, maybe 10 minutes later, it was still hot! Super juicy & all around delicious. So why 4 stars instead of 5? For $11, it really should be bigger. Even if it's more rice & beans, lets face it - size matters. Just an FYI, & something I don't think we as consumers pay enough attention to, right smack in front is their food score for all to see. And rightfully so. They proudly display their "100" score. I'd definitely eat here again if passing it after 2:00 am, but because there are other places during "regular" business hours whose burritos are bigger & less expensive,'I wouldn't seek them out otherwise. (Unless they change the portion sizes).
