Had a lovely night at Pizetta 211! Cute romantic spot in the outer Richmond of with dim lighting and intimate patio. We got two glasses of white wine--good but don't like that they're served in regular glasses and not wine glasses (that's reserved for if you buy a bottle). We also got the potato soup special. A little bland but the goat cheese, pesto, and house made chips definitely amped it up. The near perfect pizza was the real star of the meal. Ingredients tasted fresh and high quality and we loved the thin, smoky crust. We ended with the flourless chocolate cake--also good, better with the whipped cream, but a little dry for my liking. All in all, a great experience and we are excited to go back and try more!

I loved the pizzas! Got two different ones with my partner and couldn't have loved it more. This place is tucked in the avenues of Richmond district and allow you some peace and quiet to get to know your date or friend or family member more. Such a cozy spot and most of the seating indoor provides that ambiance. Outdoor seating is still warm because they have heaters on. The food was fresh, warm and crispy in the right places. I can't believe I haven't tried this place before. We got the clam and the pepperoni pizza and both were equally delicious. I also requested that they bring out the pizzas one at a time so it would be warm and they were amenable to the request. 10/10 service, food, ambiance and neighborhood. Would totally recommend this place.

I almost didn't want to review this place in hopes of keeping it secret because this place is SO GOOD! I've been coming here since they first opened, just a few benches inside of a tiny restaurant. They now have a good amount of seating outside. I love this place because it is delicious and charmingly romantic all while being affordable. I love getting the daily starter, which is always delicious and fresh. They also have a surprisingly good selection of beers and wines, considering the establishment's tiny size. Service is usually a bit rushed since it's usually just one person running around, but they are always nice and I'ven't had any complaints yet. The chefs are right there, you can see them working. It's a bit of entertainment while you wait. Once or twice I've even had brief friendly conversations with some of the cooks!

We dined at Pizetta 211 while staying in the Inner Richmond area for a week. I read reviews before going, looked up days/hours (closed Mondays & Tuesdays), and took my group of 4 there on a Wednesday evening around 7:30 pm.We had to queue for a table, but we got lucky, and nobody was waiting ahead of us. We got the only table available - it was outside. They do have outside heaters, and the host also offered us blankets. The menu changes bi-weekly with a few staple menu items. We got there on the 1st day of the new menu. We chose 4 pizzettas + wine & beers:(2) Spicy San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Marscapone, Wild Arugula, Olio Verde $17.50 ea.(1) Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Basil with Pepperoni $17.50 (*staple item)(1) Rosemary, Fiore Sardo Sheep Cheese, Pine Nuts $16.50The pizza was DELICIOUS! I've eaten a lot of pizza and this was pretty fantastic. The crust was blistered perfectly with a slightly chewy center. The toppings were perfect without being too heavy or adding too much weight or liquid to drench the middle of the pizza. Everything was fresh, and the unique mix of ingredients came together wonderfully. We liked our pizzas and drinks so much that we ordered desserts! These were AMAZING! I can usually skip dessert without regret. I am so glad that I not only didn't skip but that we got more than one to try. 1. Valrhona Flourless Chocolate Cake $8.002. Daily Dessert: a panna cotta with huckleberry compote and cookies $10.00This is a hidden gem & I will definitely be back.NOTE: They do not deliver, nor use any food delivery services. There are only a few employees, so it's not a fast dining experience here, but I don't dine out for quick service. Our service was smooth, our food was delivered as ordered, and we enjoyed our dining experience. We were taken care of without any complaints. They do offer pick-up order service if that's what you're looking for.

Small neighborhood restaurant serving some of the best things crust pizzas I've had. Every time I have come here it's been on a weekday late lunch so I have not had to wait long. There are a handful of tables inside and you can watch them making the pizzas in a small kitchen. I've always had great experiences. It's been around since 1999. Crust is light and crispy on the ends and nice and soft in the middle. Ingredients are fresh, good quality. Enjoyed the Spicy San Marzano pizza with wild arugula it was divine. The squash soup that we had was so delicious and light that we finished every single drop. The pink goddess salad I still am dreaming about since it was divine with the avocados, oranges it left me wanting more. They change their menu weekly so one can look forward to all the good dishes they will come up with. Can't wait to go back for more pizzettas!

My friend, her doggie, and I walked to this spot for dinner while we were staying in the city during a weekend getaway. We waited for an hour and 45 minutes because she wanted to wait for one of the tables that was on the outside patio area. So that definitely was a long wait. We each got a pizza and a drink, and they were pretty good. Service was fast and friendly. The place is small with some seating inside, and couple right outside of the shop along with a few tables on the outdoor wooden patio. 3.5 stars

It's been a minute since my last visit to Pizzetta, Whenever I'm in San Francisco and if time allows I love a meal here. It's cozy inside but there is plenty of patio seating available on clear days. The pizza menu offers there standing pizza and three that are seasonal, in addition to small starters such as warm olives, greens salad, and a cheese plate. On this visit on rainy day we successfully squeezed in four adults and a toddler at a four top, It was the perfect cozy meal and the service was excellent. We ordered a margherita, farm egg pizza, and another with mushrooms. We also ordered two green salads and enjoyed the flourless chocolate cake, the panacotta and the apple tarte. Everything was excellent. I love this place for the use of simple and good ingredients. Nothing is masked by rich sauces, it's just simple and flavorful. I can't wait for my next trip to SF to try Pearl.

pizzetta 211 is a very cute vibe and i enjoyed all of the food a lot! before i get into the review, i will say that the wait time between ordering and receiving our food was a little ridiculous (~45 minutes) and that's the only reason i'm not giving 5 stars. if the service was faster, i would have definitely given 5 stars. i'm not sure if the service is always that slow, but it may be something helpful to keep in mind. the server also did not apologize for the wait (not sure if they just didn't care or if it means the wait is typical) which is fine but was not the most accommodating/considerate in my opinion. now onto the food - the daily appetizers were both amazing and i wish there was more. both had so many yummy different ingredients but worked so well together. each bite was honestly phenomenal. the tomato cucumber feta was very refreshing, while the squash farro salad was a warm salad with lots of different textures and tastes. the pomegranate was an unexpected favorite aspect of the dish!the pizza was also delicious - the spicy sauce isn't too spicy so don't be worried about that. the marscapone and arugula are perfectly paired with the sauce and dough. there's a lot of sauce and the dough isn't too thick. i would definitely go back to try other pizzas!

We did take out at this pizza spot and the pizza was good but take out was small! It seemed smaller in the box than the customers sitting but could just be perception! We got the margaritas and the pepperoni! Service was quick with a call in to go order. Good not great imo! Probably better in person

Pizzetta 211 is a gem of a spot in San Francisco, serving up some of the best thin-crust pizzas in the city. We tried the Clam, Tomato alla Pescatore, Red Onion, Smoked Mozzarella pizza and the Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil pizza, and both were fantastic. The dough was exceptional, with a light yet chewy texture that reminded me of classic Italian spots in Rome. The seafood pizza had a perfect balance of briny clams, smoky mozzarella, and bright acidity from the tomato, making each bite packed with flavor. The Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil pizza was simple but executed flawlessly, with fresh ingredients shining through. We'll definitely be going back--this place is a must-visit for any pizza lover in the Bay Area. The service was fast yet still friendly. We requested to have the pizzas brought out one after the other to ensure they remained warm and fresh, and the wait staff had no issue with this. As soon as we finished one pizza, they were already walking the next one over to us.The restaurant had a very homey ambiance, though eating inside was a bit loud due to the hustle and bustle of the kitchen.A little added bonus--one of the staff members had their dog "patrolling" outside for any scraps that might have fallen from guests dining outdoors. The dog was very friendly and stayed outside, maintaining a clean and sanitized restaurant. Be aware, though--the dog might request a "cheese tax" as you pack up and leave!
