Stocked up with a selection of chilled adult beverages from this fine emporium of convenient food and drink. Cashier was courteous and this corner market was well stocked and clean.

My girlfriend's go to convenience store as it's half a block away from her house. We've been here numerous times since she moved to her new place.Whether you need a bottle of wine, a snack, or anything else, they seem to have it here. There have been times where my gf and I stopped by 3 times in one night because we were that thirsty. We normally get bottles of white for around $10 each. (I can't remember what white we normally get.) Other times, we've gotten a frozen pizza, goldfish, etc, because we needed something to soak up all the alcohol. The owner is super sweet. I know we've walked in drunk as F before and he's always had a great demeanor. I wish I had such a great convenience store by my place!

Bad news: The famed hummus of previous yelps no longer exists. Nope, they just sell the packaged stuff now, even though the menu still lists it for sale. I don't think they change their signs much - a 2001 49ers schedule was still on the wall.Good news: Sandwiches are still awesome. There is something about a generous serving of freshly cut turkey and shredded lettuce that takes things up another notch.Best enjoyed up the street in Huntington Park on a warm sunny day.

I depend upon Tony and his family for just about everything that is not covered by my produce delivery. They make awesome sandwiches! Their potato salad and egg salad are excellent! Their hummus is to die for! They stocked 2 liters of Dr. Pepper after I hassled them about it! Their coffee is incredible! Carrot cake! Pieces of chocolate cake the SIZE OF BABY HEADS! They just installed new freezers and fridges and have a LOT MORE variety! Oh, and have I mentioned the chocolate selection at checkout? I can't rant enough about Pine and Taylor Market! Maybe because they have Rockstar on sale right now! I'm kinda hyper...

The change of ownership is a kiss of death. Tony sold the business. As it turns out there were city code violations related to food preparation and storage. Eat there at your own risk. But I am not stepping into the place until the new owners get their act together.

Everything you could want from a corner store. Reasonably priced booze (including shooters, which is what I was looking for), fresh fruit, and a charming owner.

if i could give this place zero stars i would. terrible customer service, that is, if they even look up from the tv or their phones to acknowledge you. not only that but they are racist. i am a black person that was accused of stealing there after having been a customer of theirs for 3 years all because i put back an $8 package of butter and walked out. the attitudes of the night time and weekend cashiers are terrible considering the prices at this establishment. i will be taking my business to the more professional and cheaper store down the street.

Poor customer service! The guy that works there is too busy looking at the tv while checking out your products!

Tony has moved on and sold the place to find peace in retirement! It now isn't as good as it used to unfortunately:- they have given up fresh herbs and vegetables kept in fridge (jalapenos, lime, etc). I see the Deli is gone, and its hummus too- ailes are less high=less choice- they now close before 10.30p on weekends (?!)- the guy who usually runs the cashier isn't even trying to be nice, and made me think unwelcome many times- sign of the times-- as for most corner stores in SF these days-- you'll find more fridge space for kombucha, cleansing juices and sodasWill probably extend my grocery shopping trips to Mayflower on Jones and Bush from now. They have a much wider choice of products and don't give me attitude!
