Can't complain about this place. The fried chicken is $33 but it's huge, more than enough for second and third meals. It also comes with two heaping sides of Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The Cole slaw was a bit too watery for me but I won't complain about vegetables. The chicken could be a bit juicier and more flavorful, but it's got a great shattering crust that doesn't feel too greasy. I also had a bite of the apple turnover, and it was so deliciously flaky and filled with nice, warm apple. I was with a big group but there was no group service charge, which was nice.

COMPANY LUNCH AND DINNER GATHERINGMy work is close to this restaurant about one block away. I've eaten here probably about three times. The first time I ate here was for company Christmas lunch about a couple of years ago. This year I ate here twice for a company meal. Last April I came here for a work lunch with the company. I ordered the flat iron steak. I always order my steak medium rare. Sometimes if you don't know how to cook medium rare the meat can taste pasty. The flat iron steak I ate last April wasn't pasty but tender. The sauteed spinach and potato puree made the flat iron steak a filling meal. For lunch I had a soothing berry lemonade. The next time I came here for dinner with my work was last October. I knew I wanted something different. So I decided to order fried chicken. For an elegant restaurant as One Market Restaurant you might ask why I ordered fried chicken? If a restaurant lists a food item on its menu then that item must be delicious. Also I heard about how exceptional the fried chicken is at One Market Restaurant. When I took a bite of the fried chicken it had a crunchy breading with a moist meat and overall not oily. I was impressed with the crispy fried chicken at One Market Restaurant. On One Market's menus there are different items for lunch and dinner. Hence you can only get the flat iron steak for lunch and the crispy fried chicken for dinner. If you are craving for crispy fried chicken for lunch you can order the crispy fried chicken sandwich. I can see myself coming back to One Market Restaurant again for a work meal especially when I do not have to pay.

Food: I can speak for their happy hour, which had drinks priced at $9-10 and a solid variety of appetizers to share! The cucumber cocktail was our favorite and fun fact, you can get regular French fries instead of the chick pea ones! Service: We sat at the bar, so had the bartender as our server. They're great about making food recommendations and checking in on you as needed. Ambiance: Friday nights must be something special because there was live music playing! The music was not too loud and the place filled up quick, so recommend getting there early!

I attended an event hosted here and decided to grab some food while I was at it. The inside has the look of a generic, semi-fancy place where you might have dinner or a business meal.I ordered the Meat Combo sandwich and a seasonal cocktail, though I can't recall the exact name. The cocktail was quite nice, with a stronger ginger beer flavor and not too strong overall. The Meat Combo sandwich, while a bit smaller than I would have liked, was pretty decent. The meat was flavorful, with a good amount of fattiness and softness that paired well with the crispy bread and mustard.Aside from the price point and size, it was a solid sandwich. Since I ordered at the bar, there's not much to say about the service.

I visited this restaurant primarily due to its prime location in front of the ferry building and my desire for an enjoyable dining experience. However, my expectations were shattered by the fact that Propiter appears to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and doesn't seem to care about whether customers return. The services by wait staff was good but front staff was indifferent to our experience. The quality of food was questionable also i got sick and nauseous from it.

Came here for a team lunch and it was great from start to finish! I ordered from the prix fixe menu which included a salad with spinach, strawberries and chevre, as well as fish. I also ordered the Pink Panther which was light and refreshing.Their Chocolate Toffee Almond Crunch Cake is absolutely stellar. A friend and I ordered the butterscotch pudding as well and were going to share, but the cake was our favorite.

Never coming back. Our team came over for Happy Hour and I don't feel like we were welcome. We got 13 ppl today. Waiter just doing bare minimal. No smile and feels very unpleasant when he serves us, such attitude! FiNE! WE will spend our money elsewhere and ensure my friends is aware of our experience at One Market.

Each time I've been here it's been a great experience. I was part of a private event held in their wine room. The food is phenomenal, we were served beef short ribs and the meat was so tender and juicy. The service is always so good too. The waiter comes by often to check if your water is running low and will refill it for you without you having to ask.

Great food and atmosphere, but they allow senior pet dogs in diapers (health code violation) in the restaurant which violates ADA federal law and puts real service dog teams at risk. I tried educating the host on ADA law. When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person's disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.https://www.ada.gov/resources/service-animals-2010-requirements/

Signature Sandwiches? In what way?The pastrami sandwich was just horrible. It wasn't marbled or crusted with fat -- it was just slices of fat. And the sandwich is marketed as being on "twice-baked rye" as if it's something special. Come on -- this bread is from a loaf of Oroweat you got at the Jackson Square Safeway. Of all the places that didn't make it ... why is this still open?
