Clean, cute restaurant. Food was ready fast and tasted good! Really liked the chips and fresh salsas. Burrito was perfect size with crispy breakfast potatoes, ham and eggs. Would definitely recommend and go back to try more items. Service was quick, and server was nice.

Been here a few times over the years, but never left a review. So here goes. Place is clean and decorative for a taqueria. You order from a menu on the wall. Noticed that they had divorced eggs! Normally I would be all over this but decided on tacos; one Pastor and one Asada. The spicy salsa and the pico combined with the thick chips, were the stars of this meal. Asada was flavorless. The Pastor was seasoned well but lacks pina. I'd come back but cannot recommend the Asada.

The food, a shrimp quesadilla with refried beans, sour cream and guacamole on the side, chips, pick de gallo, and a small glass of Jamaica, was all tasty fresh, and well made. The service--order at the counter, food is brought to your table--was efficient and well handled. The ambiance is very pleasant, lots of interesting decor, lots of natural light, good acoustics. If I lived closer I would eat here often.

The cheesy nachos and fresh guacamole are extraordinarily delicious!! This fantastic Mexican restaurant with an extensive menu is also is a rare gem for another reason. It arguably serves some of the last Anchor Brewing Beers left on the planet- RIP Anchor Brewing, a San Francisco tradition since 1896, now coming to an end! The service was friendly and impeccable and the restaurant was clean and had neighborly, authentic vibes.

The super veggie taco was amazing--huge and full of flavor! The chips and salsa were a standout too, absolutely delicious. On top of the great food, the atmosphere was vibrant and fun, and the staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. This place definitely hits the mark for great Mexican food!

start with the fresh crispy tortilla chips and spicy salsa with the Pico de Gallo, then devour delicious huevos con chorizo, and the BEST pozole! Every bite is a flavor punch; bold and melt-in-the-mouth goodness.

Was looking for a place to eat and found this place. Cute little place you have to walk up and order and then they bring it out to you. I had the taco plate. Two chicken tacos, rice and beans and a little salad. I expected the tacos to be more crunchy I think the shells were premade.(something I really don't like.)The rice and beans were good. And the service was quick. I had just finished a 8 hr drive and was hungry. So for me, the food was OK.

First time to order from here and will be the last.I ordered chicken tacos and what I got was canned chicken tacos, whatever it was, it made me sick to the point I woke up in the middle of the night with a migraine. I will never go back here again. Also I ordered this to go, so I'm not sure if it makes any difference and I didn't check it before leaving the place.

I'm so happy to have Melissa's nearby. Their burritos are my mainstay. I'm especially fond of the carnitas.
