First time here for lunch on Saturday! The wait was looong and coolld. I think we waited at least 45 mins, but this is mostly due to the size of the restaurant. We were able to order immediately when we were seated though which was nice. I got the soft tofu soup which was good, the seafood pancake which was also nice!I think my friend ordered the Kalbitang and Kkanpoongi and both of them were visuals I haven't seen in other restaurants so that was odd. Anyways I enjoyed my food!!

Ordered: kimchi jjigae, seafood pancake, and wings. Total was just under $60 for two.Highlights: wings were delish (crunchy and sauce was good enough to eat alone or with rice). The Jjigae also hit the spot! Notes: the seafood pancake was large which I appreciated, but otherwise was good but nothing too special. I wish it had been a bit more crispy!Service: I dropped my friend off as I looked for parking and he was seated about 10 min after with three parties ahead. It took me another 10 min to get there but during that time, the waiter scolded him for not ordering, saying she could've given the table up to someone who's ready. For the remainder of the meal, anytime the same waiter would come and we would ask for more sides or something, she wouldn't acknowledge us. I understand you are busy and want people in and out but this put us off a bit! All the other servers were much more kind, especially the older gentleman.

Arrived around 12:45 PM on a Saturday and we had to wait about 10 minutes after putting our names on the waitlist. We were a party of two and they sat us at a really tiny table which is usually enough if you just order an entree each but was quite cramped since we ordered a lot. The banchans were just alright but the spicy fish cake was very delicious and they have decent kimchi. We ordered a beef soondoodu jiggae and it was a bit watery and nothing memorable. The medium spicy is also not very spicy so go up if your tolerance is high. We also ordered the beef dolsot bibimbap and the stone was extremely hot because before we even had time to mix it, the rice at the bottom was completely burnt. I do enjoy crispy rice but not burnt crispy rice. The dolsot bibimbap was just alright flavor wise. The seafood pancake was pretty bland had it not been for the soy sauce, very doughy and not crispy, and cut into massive pieces so it was hard to eat.The best thing there was the soy sauce fried chicken and I would actually come back just to have this. The skin was so crispy but not oily. The sauce was slightly salty and a bit sweet and tasted a little bit like salted honey garlic. It was also a pretty generous ratio of wing to drum. This is a really tiny shop with both indoor and outdoor seating but it was too chilly for us to consider outdoor. There is a bit of a wait for indoor seating and it's quite packed. But the waitresses were pretty nice and responsive.

So goood! The service was great, the ambiance is clean, and the food is always delicious! The place itself is pretty small so there aren't that many tables available. Luckily, the food is yummy enough to wait :)

Manna never disappoints. Hands down our favorite Korean restaurant in San Francisco. While they don't take reservations and the wait can be long, it's always worth it. Every dish is spot on, keeping us coming back again and again.

Really good spot for korean comfort food! Went on a chilly SF day and it was absolutely packed. The wait was more than 45 minutes to sit inside, so we opted to sit outside (no wait!). It wasn't too cold because they do have multiple outside heaters. Although we were outside, the servers were very attentive. I had the seafood soft tofu soup which was packed with tofu and seafood. I got medium spicy which had good flavor but if you like spice, I would recommend hot/full spicy level (which I'll get next time). The tofu soup includes a bowl of rice so no need to order any extra.I also tried the seafood pancake which was quite large, loaded with seafood, and super crispy! I think this is the best seafood pancake I've had from a restaurant- it was crispy but still had some softness on the inside. Overall, this is a great spot that I would come to again. Parking can be difficult in this area but usually you can find a spot if you're patient.

Manna is one of my favorite restaurants in Inner Sunset. FOOD // My go-to item to order is the dolsot bibimbap with beef. Other solid options that we often order:+ Soft tofu soup with beef+ Seafood pancake, to share with the table+ Galbitang (boneless beef short rib soup)I love their kimchi and fish cake from the banchan. Also appreciate that they give refills of the banchan!SERVICE + AMBIANCE //Manna is usually quite busy with how popular it's become; their reputation has spread, and quite deservedly! The restaurant is small inside and a bit cramped with how many tables and chairs they've fit in. Nevertheless it feels rather cozy, like you're eating with 30 other friendly souls who all have come to enjoy Manna's food. There are also usually a few outdoor tables when the weather permits, and they also had heat lamps on some of the colder days. Service has been consistently good every time. This review is long overdue with how many times I've eaten here... I'll definitely be back again soon as it's getting colder outside - perfect weather for the galbitang or dolsot bibimbap!

There are not many Korean restaurants in SF that serve yukdaejang. Manna's yukdaejang is traditional, packed with veggies and meats, and always satisfies my cravings. In addition to their Korean soups like yukdaejang and tofu soup, they also have delicious side dishes and really good KBBQ meats! I really enjoyed their short rib, as it was super tender and flavorful.Manna can get really busy on the weekends but that shouldn't stop you from going! Service is great, and their line moves fast. I like sitting outdoors (when it isn't too cold), as it is nice to enjoy eating in the Sunset!
