Our group of 5 popped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon around 1:30pm after our volunteer shift at the nearby SF Marin Food Bank. The staff was friendly, the food was decent, the coffee was disappointing, and the art gallery adjacent setting was neat.My egg and cheese burrito was fine (though some hot sauce on the side would have been nice). I was disappointed they didn't serve espresso drinks, and was not thrilled about the lukewarm coffee I was served. The staff was polite and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The space is attractive and inviting, though it was chilly on the rainy day we were there.Overall, I think this cafe is good, but has the potential to be truly great if it steps up its game.

It's always an experience eating at a music venue bc u gotta eat what they have/serve. I tried both the picadillo tacos (3 for $16) and the pepperoni pizza here. The tacos are just made of ground beef with some avocado, cilantro, green sauce, and pickled radish. They were edible but not quite enjoyable. The pepperoni pizza was okay as well. Just a regular probably frozen pizza cooked in a wood fire oven. Overall, edible but not too enjoyable unfortunately.

I found this hidden little spot one day when I was organizing a Group Volunteer event at the SF Marin Food Bank. Madam Zola's was just right around the corner in the Midway. When I mentioned this to one of the Food Bank workers, they recommended the fried chicken sandwich. I love a good fried chicken sandwich and so does my group. We ordered 10 chicken sandwiches and 1 burrito, everyone loved their meal. We loved the outdoor patio, food and beer selection. It was a really nice late lunch following an active volunteer event, so we all enjoyed the break at Madam Zola's Fortune.

The food here is pretty good considering it's at a music venue. I had the vegan margarita pizza and short rib tacos. I wasn't too crazy about the pizza, but the short rib tacos were sooo good! Frida was such a wonderful person and super accommodating. It was my first time at The Midway, and she was so kind enough to answer every question I had. If you come visit The Midway, I hope you get to speak with Frida because she definitely made my experience much more enjoyable! Overall, super cute venue and super friendly staff!

I don't think I've had a better culinary experience at a music venue/night club before. The menu seems to have something for everyone. I had the spicy pork sandwich w french fries and it blew me away. Going to come back during my lunch break to try the weekday menu soon.

Came to get some sustenance before my bday festivities began, and I had the BEST time!!! I tried the peach and arugula thin crust pizza and the tuna melt-both were tasty. Frida in the front was also super helpful/friendly. Coming back for sure!
