Los Compadres

Los Compadres was such a pleasant surprise as I needed to get something to eat real quick so it was the first place that I found on my way from SFO. Parking is tough in that area but I got lucky by getting a metered spot right up front.They have a dining area inside but you can order to go as well. They make it in front of you and they can can accommodate any special requests, if needed. I got a vegetarian breakfast burrito, and it was the most flavorful burrito ever! Truly the best and it so hit the spot. Their burritos are huge so $11 can totally feed two people.I definitely recommend it if you are in the area and I will for sure be a returning customer.

I just got this Chile rellano burrito less than an hour ago and have been enjoying it during my break. It is probably one of the best burritos I've had in the area and the ladies who made it had great customer service. They were so nice and accommodating. They made it fresh and right in front of me. Decent price as well and the portions are generous.

Great birria and carnitas made in the house. Service is great ambience depends what time you go by the food is great.

Was on my way to get a super burrito from El Farolito and saw that Los Compadres was open. Have not been here for years! Why? I never know when they are open since they have weird hours and days open. Decided to get a lengua taco which was really savory and tasty and a Super burrito w/Carne asada. It's a huge and big burrito for 8 dollars. Good decent burrito but it's tough when you have so many great taquerias around that make better burritos? Staff was wearing masks and service was fast and efficient. Parking on the street. The only thing I have to complain about is their hours. Wished they would tell me what hours they are open!

Ok but not great. Expensive for small burrito with not that much flavor, just spice. They might have better items on the menu but i probably wont be coming back since this was a one and done.

The food didn't taste fresh. The chips were stale and the Salsa was fermenting literally tasting fizzy when I tasted it.

both my boyfriend and i got food poisoning from HALF of their one soft taco since we shared it. literally writing this as we're both in bed all day. other reviews seem to agree that the restaurant is rather dirty & deteriorated

The food is over priced and not very good. Ordered a bowl of birria and it cost $23 and it was a small container and half of it was bone and fat. Then I ordered 2 chicken sopes and twice bit into grissel of the chicken which ruined my appetite and they cost like $7 each.

Not even 1 star. Never again, place is dirty, food was disgusting and I ended up throwing it out. As I was doing that I saw a mouse in the hallway behind the kitchen....unbelievable

Unfortunately, Los Compadres is not worthy of any effort. We went there on Saturday, 09/16/23, and purchased 1 regular burrito, 2 super burritos and 1 chille relleno for the ridiculous price of $51.46. The food was mediocre and nothing like we have experienced in the past! All the prices have been doubled and the quality has been reduced by 50% as well. I will never go back and I recommend that you stay away from this establishment.
