LOS AGAVES TAQUERIA, new taqueria, at the corner of 87th Street on Junipero Serra. Right next door to City Kebab. Quaint, bright, colorfully decorated little place where you'll get fresh made homey, BURRITOS, TACOS, FAJITAS, ENCHILADAS, CHILE RELLANOS, HUARACHES, PLATOS, BREAKFAST BURRITOS, TORTAS, for a quick bite. Feels more like eating in your abuela's kitchen. MENUDO and POZOLE on the weekend! Welcomed warmly when you walk in the door. Check out the menu, order, pay and wait. Better yet yet, take a seat and enjoy your meal there. Hours: M-Tu 9AM-9:30PMW-Su 9AM-10PMWET CHICKEN BURRITO w/melted cheese on top, green sauce, rice, black beans (always my fav), grilled chicken, small bit of lettuce greens on the side with pico de gallo and a dab of sour cream. This was my first wet burrito and takes some new skills to eat. Objective was not to make a bigger mess than I could but it was oh-so-yum with bites of tender, moist chicken, savory black beans, fluffy rice, and dribbles of the mild salsas they offered. Delicious!!!!! TACOS - ONE LENGUA & ONE SHRIMP - sprinkled with chopped cilantro, onions, squeeze of lime, salsa of choice. LENGUA, Lengua, Lengua! If you see Lengua, it's a must order anywhere. Here it was unctuous, tender and flavorful! A must order! Not to be outdone, the SHRIMP TACO, was oh-my-heavens big, juicy and plentiful! SALSA BARAll the salsas tasted fresh. Also Pickled onions, wedges of lime. Loved all the salsas, all were mildly spicy which works for me. GREEN (my fav) - tangy tomatillo yumRED - seemingly mild but had a surprise back-end kick!ORANGE - while mild, had a subtle smoky note!WARM TORTILLA CHIPS - SMALL COMPLIMENTARY BAG. This is always welcome these days since a lot of places now charge for tortilla chips and salsa for a takeout order. Thank you Los Agaves Taqueria! LOS AGAVES TAQUERIA is new addition to my burrito and taco rotation. Cannot wait to come back to try the FISH TACOS, HUARACHE, FAJITAS, QUESADILLAS, and on the weekends only, MENUDO and POZOLE SOUPS! That it's close by with easy parking is a big bonus!

I have found my favorite burrito. I tried the shrimp super burrito maybe a month ago. Since then I've had it 3 more times. They give you lots of shrimp! All of the ingredients go so well together creating the most flavorful burrito I've ever had, even better than ones I've had in the Mission. Your order comes with chips that taste like they are made on site.The salsa bar has freshly cut limes and I think 3 different salsas. I always get the green one. We also tried the flan and churro today. It was hard to stop eating the flan, I really liked the amount of sweetness and I drank the remaining brown sugary syrup that was left at the bottom of the container. The churro is good and has strawberry jam inside.They give a 4% discount if you pay in cash.

Queza birria tacos were amazing.Vegetable burrito hit the spot.Service was great, attentive and nice people.Ambience was perfect to have a comfortable conversation.

Since this taqueria is under new ownership, we decided to give them a try. Got the breakfast burrito with carne asada, and it was packed with meat, egg, potatoes, sour cream and guacamole. The carnitas burrito was also packed with ingredients and a good solid burrito. They have a great salsa bar with a variety of choices. Prices were reasonable and better than many taquerias.

Pretty sure I ordered Al pastor breakfast burrito. Not a All tortilla breakfast burrito...

The super burritos with steak was okay but 15$ lol won't go backed but if you don't want to drive to get better food you pay for what you get local food it good

I ordered a torta - mexicana. It was very well made and delicious! 10/10The burritos are very good as well!

Really good flavor! Lengua and Al Pastor tacos. each one hits different. Going to try another set of tacos next time!

We decided to drop by since my car was getting a cleaning a block down and I am so glad we did. This was the best carne asada plate I have ever had. Super fresh and looks great. The Cucumber and lime Agua Fresca was very refreshing. I got the house flan as well that is made in house. Great desert to end a great meal. The ambiance seems new and updated. It seems it took over an older spot here and I am glad they did.

I ordered menudo to go. I also had a Pina and Cucumber Refresca. All of what I ordered was yummy. The menudo had tripe and also pork hock. I wish the menudo had a bolder flavor but it hit the spot enough. The refresca was refreshing so I enjoyed it!
