I love food tours. It is great to learn, walk and eat all at the same time. Every tour I have been on, I learn something new. The guide, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and fun. If you haven't done a foodie walking tour, what are you waiting for?.

Despite being in the Bay Area for 8 years, sometimes we go by hidden gems. The sf food tour was great to walk through the Chinatown and Little Italy and we loved hearing little tidbits of small land marks!Isabella had engaging stories and I personally loved the tea tasting with uncle G.Highly recommend tagging along with them and strolling through the city and neighborhoods with such rich and unique history!Don't miss the Peking duck and pizza!!

What an awesome tour! Our tour guide Brian is super knowledgable about the city and very entertaining. He's a real punny guy ;~}Beware - lots of food on this tour! We weren't expecting even a full meal but ended up full to the gills with tasty Peking Duck, Dumplings, Burger, Pizza, Moon Pies, and more. Instagram post with pics here, highly recommend.https://www.instagram.com/reel/C82WioLP3RO/?igsh=MWZsYmJrbzY1ZmxwZw==

My parter and I went to this food tour and had Brian! He was honestly super friendly and joked around with us a lot! We learned so much history during our 4 hour tour and got to try so much good food. This included: mooncakes, chocolate, different breads, different teas, duck, green beans, potstickers, shrimp dumplings, and so much more! We had a class on chopsticks and tea etiquette. We also walked around the city and learned about the statues and hidden gems! We also bought a lot of tea, which I love haha. Overall the tour is so much fun and I really recommend doing it! We live in Daly City but this was a great experience! Also we are first timers in taking a food tour!

Great tour! Our tour guide, Brian (I think - he's an author, media person, and local historian) was very knowledgeable. You can tell he loves SF and Chinatown. He seemed to have a great relationship with all of the shop owners which is nice because you feel like a welcomed guest instead of a tourist, The tour took us through places for great photos and great food. Gourmet chocolate, dim sum, fortune cookies, tea, and a sweet. The tea tasting at Vital Tea Leaf was our favorite part! This really was a great way to get our bearings in Chinatown. We ended up staying in Chinatown the rest of the day.

WONDERFUL food tour group! We have been just my husband and myself. This last time we took the kids and my mother. Bryen was our tore guided (Definitely get him!!) He was so knowable able and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome and told you lots on cool information about the area and more. We have done Both tours to China town and North Beach! If I had to pick my favorite things from each tour it would be Tea with Uncial in China town, and having the best Cannoli in my life with a hot macchiato at North Shore (Little Italy).

We were looking for a unique way to explore Chinatown in San Francisco. When we were researching we found Local Tastes of the City Tours. We took the 3 hour Chinatown Food Tour. Brian greeted us at the designated location and started the tour off with a sample of a few traditional Chinese bakery items to get us started as we ate our way through Chinatown. The high lights of the tour were two restaurant stops for a sit down small plates meal. Both places gave us plenty of food we even had some left over. The staff at both locations were nice, friendly, and accommodating. Our favorite stops were the Tea tasting and the hand made fortune cookie factory. We enjoyed our tour but wish it could have been shorter. 3 hours was a commitment. Brian offered a-lot of Chinatown history and was informative.

This tour was fantastic! It was great that there were buns at the meeting spot because I think everyone showed up starving!! Brian is the best tour guide with a delightful sense of humor. He engaged everyone on the tour. Every item of food was so delicious and it was so fun to try new foods and check out new shops. I would highly recommend to any one visiting the area or for any locals who want to have a different experience of the city.
