My boyfriend and I had been craving Thai food, so we decided to check this place out based on my friend's recommendation. We made a 7PM reservation on a Friday, and the staff was able to seat us right upon our arrival. They were friendly and attentive. Our table was right next by the window facing the street. To be honest, the space was very tight and we felt pretty crammed. The tables next to and behind us were positioned quite close. Here is our order:Crab Roll Cake: Crispy and served hot. Great appetizer.Beef Pat Kee Mow (spicy pan-fried flat noodle with basil, bell peppers, bean sprout, yellow onion): I tried this dish for the first time! Very flavorful and delicious. The spice-level was tolerable for me.Green Curry with Rice: It was spicy and definitely past my spice tolerance level (I have a low spice tolerance). Despite that, I kept going back for more because it was good. Overall, I was not the biggest fan of the ambiance but the food was great! I would come back to try more dishes.

I've never had the opportunity to try frog , and I'm pretty happy to have tried this place, their Basil frog features cute little frog legs paired with a very unique spiced plant that tasted almost like essential oils (not for taste though, it tasted horrid), along with slices of red bell pepper. The sauce it came with was delicious esp drizzled over the rice. They provide a small sized bowl of rice as a side; although this is family style, this could be an entree sized course. I feel like there should've been something more complimentary with the frog legs, the bell peppers seemed like an unusual choice. While the basil was non-detectable and seemed more for garnish, so I would've chosen the garlic version of this (I believe I saw a garlic version). Inside is pretty spacious for seating.Service was friendly, although they were busy and service was slow as a result and the ambiance is modernized. The flavors were good, but I think there was more to be expected in terms of flavor, especially if you're cognizant and sensitive towards the frog legs, although they taste like chicken for the most part. I also think more rice should've been added, because as an entree, I was satiated but not stuffed. So next time I'll just get the garlic version of this dish.

Finally had the chance to come in here right when they opened without reservation- we were seated at the counter. Great portions for sharing and the flavors were amazing- love the tanginess of the the ton yum soup, and the pad see ew was pretty good. someone ordered a whole fish beside us and I'd love to try that the next time!

It's my first time eating at this place. Went here to grab a lunch with my coworkers after a work meeting. I didn't edit the photos I uploaded here as I wanted for customers and future customers to see the actual food they'll get when their orders arrive. I must say that this place is probably one of the best thai place I've ever had. As for someone who used to be a line cook in a thai restaurant, I am giving this restaurant a 5star. The service was great! The ambiance was nice too and the place was clean. Their food, all the food we ordered were all excellent! It's a little pricey tho, but it's worth it and a must try! Will definitely come back here!

Decent Thai restaurant near Civic Center - we visited earlier this week before catching Hamilton at the Orpheum Theater a few blocks away. We had a 6 pm reservation and were seated right away at a window table. We ordered drinks and appetizers - chicken satay, Thai curry puff and Thai herb sausage. Our entrées were pad see ewe, chicken spinach in peanut sauce, and seafood poh-tak soup. Food arrived quickly and was served with a smile. I enjoyed the chicken satay the most, followed by the chicken spinach in peanut sauce over white rice. The sausage was good too but a bit too spicy. Our teen loved the curry puff, our tween enjoyed the seafood soup, and the missus liked the pad see ewe, so there was something for everyone. Total bill was a bit over $150 (after tax and tip). Bathrooms were clean. Would not mind coming back.

Appetizers were phenomenal (fried roll was delicious!!). I got the Kuay Jub (square rice noodle soup) after recommendation from my Thai friend. I thought the crispy pork belly was fantastic--super tender and crispy skin was delicious. The pork entrails were not particularly appetizing though, as it was chewy and lacked a bit of flavor. I was disappointed by the noodles too--it was a large clump and I felt the noodles were not cooked enough, and the overall bowl of soup wasn't hot enoughWe were a large (and rowdy) party of 12 people, and the staff were super accommodating, even letting us keep the cake in their fridge while we ate our meals

We stopped in for dinner before the Opera House. We ordered their Tom Yum soup, fried rice, and Thai basil. Everything was okay, but I didn't particularly find any of the dishes tasty or memorable. My favorite Thai dish is always the Tom Yum soup as the flavor is consistent. So I was disappointed that I didn't enjoy the Tom Yum soup for the first time.

I came here on a Friday night and only waited a minute or two for a table. Yay! I was in the corner of the restaurant though so I think they forgot about us for a bit as we had to wait a bit to order / flag down a waiter. I got the duck noodle soup and crab meat fried rice.I really enjoyed the crab meat fried rice. It wasn't too salty but still flavorful. The ratio of rice to egg to crab meat as really good. The cucumbers were a refreshing touch. I wasn't as big of a fan of the duck noodle soup but the duck meat was tender and noodles were good texture. It was still good, I just enjoyed the crab meat fried rice more.I would come back to try more dishes as their menu is quite expansive.

In terms is the cuisine, this is by far one of the best Thai places where I've dined. Start with the chicken skewers. For main course I highly recommend the spicy pork and red curry. Flavor is so rich with excellent portions. The spicy pork is mild spicy with an extra kick if you consume the actual peppers. Cool it off with a Thai iced tea. As for the red curry, it has a very rich coconut milk flavor, and is loaded with meat and vegetables. Both are excellent with rice. They can accommodate large parties but make sure to call in advance.
