Located near the dragon's gate, this place made me realize that I've been wasting my time and money at the Starbucks near the corner.This place is truly a hidden gem, the place just screams comfort at its most simplistic form! The condensed milk latte is made with passion and boy you can taste the difference! The pictures speaks for itself, the quality definitely surpasses Starbucks & even Philz coffee by no comparison. What makes it unique is the artwork that is carefully crafted individually and by hand!Highly recommended this place, hands down a great find and truly a hidden gem!

Came around for the Lunar New Years Parade and my girlfriend was looking for places near Chinatown to get some coffee and pastries. We ended up just getting coffee but next time we'll get something to eat too. Good luck getting parking, so I suggest parking near one of the garages and walking via the Dragon Gate. I was actually fascinated by the Coke-Espresso and was excited to try it, but it turns out it's only offered as a cold drink. I was looking for something hot as it was cold in the morning. I ended up getting the Birthday Cake Latte and man was it beautiful when it came out. A rainbow pattern of designs swirled into the latte and topped with sprinkles. This was definitely one I've never seen before, however taste wise, nothing that really blew my mind.

Apparently I'll be the one person who doesn't really like this place. (Ah well.)But I think I might not be the target customer.The entire vibe doesn't connect with me.It reads like "cold, unfriendly hipster".Let me be specific. Here's what I didn't like:It was busy, yet no one was working the cash register. Everyone had to wait in line to punch in their orders, without any help or any welcome when walking in.Then everyone had to stand around awkwardly waiting for their drinks.When my drink was ready, it wasn't so much that the barista was rude, it was more a sense that I was an inconvenience and she had to move me along as quickly as possible.Then the other thing was the seating. It's like a panel of judges staring at the baristas as they work. As if the customers were expected to offer a critique of their work.I couldn't wait to get out of there.(Coffee was fine.)

Home coffee roasters--found this place on YELP!!! (Big shocker) my CM had reviewed it and her review sold me I had to try it! It was a short walk to Chinatown from the hotel I was staying at. I got an iced coffee and a chocolate croissant warmed. Both were so good! I've only ever really been to one other Vietnamese coffee shops before so I was excited to check this one out! It's very clean, cute and pretty inside. My coffee was delicious and the croissant was as well! I would deff come back! The menu has a wide variety of drinks and they have a good amount of fresh pastries!

Friendly staff and great coffee. Bought a bag and it comes with a cup of drip coffee - a nice touch that we see less and less from local roasters. It is a small touch but makes me feel appreciated. Their batch drip: surprisingly delicious with character and brightness. I would order this again before the pour overs at some other mediocre cafesI've been brewing my beans at home and it's been a week of tasty and cozy mornings.

Staff were very rude and easily annoyed. Coffee was watered down and very small. I make just as good coffee at home. I would not recommend.

This is probably my new go to cafe in the area :) First of all, I love the vibes here - lots of natural light, as well as seating meant for individuals as well as groups of 2-4. I like that if I were to come here on my own, I don't feel like I'm taking up a spot that a group could be using. Service is also exceptional, and the staff here are all very friendly. I love when you can tell they've gotten to know the regulars that come in.Most importantly, the items I ordered were delicious! The Holy Cow, which is a condensed milk latte, was fantastic. No bitterness at all but not at all overly sweet. Perfect amount of foam on top, and the size of the latte was perfect. The Let's Avo-Cuddle Toast was also yummy - a bit on the smaller size, but I've come to accept that if I'm ordered avocado toast when I'm out, it's going to be a bit of a splurge anywhere lol. The toast wasn't anything that I wouldn't be able to make at home on my own, but I did appreciate that it was on a thick piece of sourdough!

I ordered a Cookie Monster Latte and it was delicious. Smooth and creamy and not too sweet. Friendly staff and clean establishment. We will be back on our next San Francisco visit.
