Got a latte to go which was pretty good. Definitely not 'the best' coffee in the area but it is good coffee. They do have a lot of other breakfast options. May go there some other time to check it out. Staff were friendly. Ambience seemed nice. Placed in a great location (parking on nearby streets can be a hassle to find)

Well I don't want to be a picky or Karen costumer But I have noticed several times that people who make the food do not pick up their hair, and today unfortunately I found hair in my breakfast sandwich, so I would like you to improve that detail because it is disgusting to see hair in the food.Otherwise you guys are always so nice. Thanks

I must tell you about this storied place.Remember when coffee houses were a cool place to hang out? People used to go to a neighborhood coffee house to just relax. You know, before Bigbucks Corporation put out those cookie-cutter, industrial vibe caffeine dispensaries. Hat tip to Steve Martin (L.A. Story) and Will Ferrell (Elf) for showing us how manic the coffee scene is nowadays.I found this neighborhood coffee house on Noriega Street, between 23rd & 24th. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was a couple of good looking young people behind the counter. They had no facial piercings, weird hair colors, or neck tattoos. Not that there's anything wrong with that.. But first impressions are, you know, first impressions. So I took a deep breath and looked around the room. There was a professorial looking gentleman by the window, reading a well-worn, yellowed page novel. I imagine his mind was onboard the Pequod with Captain Ahab, reeling as the solid white buttress of Moby Dick's forehead smote the ship's starboard bow.In the middle of the room was a college student working on Algebra homework. I considered offering to help her, as that reminded me of how I met my wife. But then, she looked like she wasn't having any trouble with it.At a back table appeared to be a young couple who were "not on a date", but just getting coffee. They seemed to be getting along very well and I hope that they would plan a date after this little meet up.I noticed in the back of the shop a couple of coffee roasting machines where they roast their coffee in-house. Which snaps me back to the reason I stopped in here. I want to buy some freshly roasted coffee, not the stuff from Bigbucks Corporation which was roasted a year ago and has been sitting in a warehouse, and then on a truck, and then on a grocery store shelf..I talked with the guy behind the counter. He actually wanted to talk about coffee, not social justice or politics. How refreshing! I told him what I like and what I was looking for. He directed me to the Vista roast. I bought a pound ($19). That brings me to a pet peeve about the grocery store coffees. They used to sell coffee by the pound. Then they went to 14 oz bags, like no one would notice. Now 12 oz bags are the norm. And Cheep Pete's cut theirs down to 10.5 oz! Do they really think that consumers are so dumb that we wouldn't notice the shrinkflation?Coming back to the coffee house. This place is called Henry's House of Coffee. They have been around for a long time, but I just discovered it recently. I have returned a couple of times to get more beans. The last time, the guy who sold me the beans offered me a free cup of coffee. That was nice. Now, I don't think you can get a Freddoccino here, but if you want a latte or mocha, half-caff, oat milk, whatever, they can make it for you. They are fully equipped to handle all those special orders. Me? I'm going to take my cup of coffee over to the table by Mr gray beard and tweed jacket, and ask if he's reading Melville.

I always love coming here to get beans for my girlfriend's dad since it just feels like home. The beautiful thing is being able to get a free cup of coffee from buying a bag of beans. I've noticed a lot of other places don't do that and it makes me sad. Service was super quick and great personalities all around. It's a quaint little place but I always feel positive energy when I am here.

Great neighborhood coffee spot in Outer Sunset. Visited with a good friend and tried out the soy latte and bacon and onion croissant. The coffee and baked good were tasty and I would come back again. There are a handful of tables inside and outside the shop which made it a nice place to meet. Service was friendly and fast. Recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area.

Ordered Uber eats for a almond butter toast, i like how thick the slice of toast is! This place also has outdoor seating, quite a lot of people visit here on the weekends just to get a coffee and catch up with friends.

Coffee tastes good but staff could not be more disinterested. Perhaps this is a family business where the children of the owners are "forced" to do shifts but the person who served me had zero interest in doing so. No eye contact, no "thank you", cold.

- Drinks: Mocha and Hot Cocoa - Food: Everything bagel with egg, sausage, and bacon- Ambiance: Quiet with patrons sipping their coffee and working on their laptops - Parklet outdoors - Parking: Street, but limited Sweet barista (perhaps owner?) who is manning the entire place. She was kind and acknowledged every patron- even though there was a rush during that weekday afternoon. Delicious bagel to nibble on and a pick-me-up Mocha to complement it!
