One of the best pizzas in the city. Lines can be long, but they move quickly. No seating anywhere--expect to stand and eat in a nearby alley, or take it to the park for a picnic.

My partner and I stumbled upon this pizzeria by coincidence when we were wondering the streets of SF. So I decided to get two slices of pizza to try. We ordered their famous garlic and clams pizza and a pepperoni. I enjoyed only their famous garlic and clams pizza because it was fully loaded with minced garlic. You can cover up any meal easily if you put a bunch of garlic. The crust was crispy, but nothing beats a fresh out the oven pizza. What I had was a display pizza, but what do you expect if you're only getting a slice? We got the pepperoni because we wanted to see how they do a classic pizza. If you can't do a classic and simple pizza, then I don't think highly of the pizzeria. The pepperoni pizza was a disappointment, I contemplated on throwing it away but my partner did not want to waste food. It tasted like a school pizza from LAUSD, if you know you know. The cheese was rubbery (I think they used low moisture mozzarella) and the pepperoni was not good quality, it tasted very processed. As a pizza snob I was very disappointed in this place after hearing the hype from my friends. I understand that the pizza's here are good value, but I would pay more $ as a customer to have better quality ingredients added to my pizza's. You order at the window and you wait for your order to be called out, so I suggest you remember what you get because they don't have a number system. Keep in mind that I came around like 1 pm after the lunch rush. There's no place to sit, so this is a grab and go place. You can stand on the sidewalk like us and eat it right there or walk down the street and sit down at the benches outside the liquor store. Personally, I wouldn't come back. I can live without their famous clams and garlic pizza.

Bomb dot com! Pizza was delicious and you really can't beat the price; $3.50 - $4.50 a slice?! Be sure to wait in line for a while though.

This is a quick spot who craves pizza! You will probably just have to wait a few mins while waiting for them to heat it up for you! I had a slice of clam and garlic and also their pesto veggie. I love their individual slices! My favorite is still the clam and garlic!

I would definitely recommend why?No frills, order and go type of place. No seating. The line moves fast and slices take about 15 min to reheat. Delicious deep dish style crust pizza. One of the cheapest eats in SF. 4 slices for $20.The clam and garlic pizza was a pleasant surprise and I would order it again. However, it is loaded with garlic so enjoy with others so your not the only one with garlic breath.

One of the places that was mentioned online for good pizza in SF. I had reassurance it would be good since I saw a line, but when coming up to order.I felt like they were just trying to sell as much pizza as possible since it felt pressured to order right away. They had a big menu of different stuff from combination, clam and garlic, and even pesto vege.It was a good selection of slices but the first bite is when I usually tell if it's good. I personally think it's not bad of a slice but I could easily find another spot that would give me I would come back here again reaction.Be prepared to wait for a little bit since it's usually a line when you come and a lot of people are constantly ordering.

Most popular local pizzeria in north beach. I remember ever since college and late night bar hoping with friends, Golden Boy is a reliable spot of us to hang out afterwards and help soak up the liquor. They usually have inside seating but this time it was mainly grab and go. The service was fast and accommodating. I asked for my slices to be cut smaller because it was so much easier to share samples. The pizzas are always consistent and yummy.

I try to avoid reviews on other social media apps because the crowd sourcing craziness can give me high hopes for somewhere and it disappoints me. Not Golden Boy pizza! I saw a few videos about this place and one day my husband brought me down to check it out. They are awesome!1) pizza is top notch and flavorful2) customer service is super friendly and fast3) cute locationI love that I can try a couple slices and different flavors and not commit to one flavor on a whole pizza. Lets me enjoy even more yumminess!

Delicious pizza in the city. We tried their cheese, veggie, and clam pizza. I loved the veggie and clam the most. The slices were pretty huge so keep that in mind.

It's hyped so be prepared to wait in line. I was so excited to try Golden Boy Pizza because it's been trending online but I was not impressed at all. I thought the bread was pretty soggy and fluffy at the same time. Ingredients didn't taste fresh and sauce was lacking on all slices. The meats were okay tasting. The sausage was lacking and the pepperoni tasted like the kind you get on school cafeteria pizza. Price is decent per slice considering the amount of bread.
