Much larger store and selection than most stores on San Bruno Ave. I used to come here alot during my high school days but only sporadically now. They carry more than just snacks, sodas and candy, but grocery items will cost you a pretty penny. So if you really need that gallon of milk, then it'll cost you. But at least this store provides the option, which is important because the Portola district doesn't have much in the way of grocery stores ever since Bell Market closed down.Parking is tough on San Bruno - you'll have better luck on the residential streets. Overall, nothing notable other than its size and selection.

Good tips. You'll find an amazing sandwich here: Jennie-O turkey with tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and mustard on a wheat roll. Cheese and mayo available too.Huge in size and taste. But not cost. Somehow just $4.50.You won't find any water here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/university-mound-reservoir-berkeley#hrid:OzO6pC80QW1d8eSAIXgUVgStill thankful for the directions from the very friendly sandwich artist. Likely would have gotten lost. Instead found it with a great sandwich in hand.Tips are always appreciated.

Don't let them lie to you. It's processed turkey meat not real sliced. Found out when I got home and opened my bag ewe. Trash...

Right off the 101 north bound freeway on San Bruno Avenue. Their hot Cheetos are always in stock and they have a wide array of candies and other chips. 25 cent now and later packs and scratchers with alcohol. Prime. The clerk is always very friendly as well!

These guys are cool and they put with a bunch of shit from other people. Always well stocked with everything I need. A good selection of beer which being a double edged sword means there is a lot more rich white assholes moving into the neighbourhood and pushing out the culture. I truly hope this place survives the next wave of gentrification because these guys keep it real.

They have some really good deli sandwich I recommend this place is so good, everything is fresh you can also buy some good liquor. Don't let the "liquor store" vibe fool you. There sandwich are off the hook

Nice little market that has a lot of things that the liquor store across the street and down the hill from Roosevelt doesn't have. I love that they have so many types of Mexican candy in stock (if you didn't know, Mexican candy is life). Good place to buy something to munch on when I'm waiting for the 40 bus.The owner is really nice too.

I love the sandwiches here! I work at the gym across the gym, so it's really easy. I was introduced to the sandwiches by a coworker and they're delicious! Their avocado and pesto sauce is the bomb! My only issue is that they always run out. They also have liquor and other snack foods there. It's a good little family owned store.
