We decided to try flour + water pizzeria after visiting their original pasta location and loving the funghi pizza we had there. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the food here. Definitely gets busy and I recommend making a reservation! More of a nicer casual place to dine. For appetizers, we had the salad, brussel sprouts, crudo, wings, and mozzarella sticks. The salad was fresh, well balanced, and a good sized portion. Brussel sprouts were very flavorful and crispy. The crudo wasn't a hot seller - something about it tasted off and not too great. The wings were spectacular and the mozz sticks as well! These pizzas are thin with a thicker edge crust. The cacio e pepe and burrata pizzas are a must get. They are the more simple ones, but they were executed very well. Smoky eggplant and clam would be my next recommendations for their more unique pizzas. I wouldn't recommend the sausage pizza - it lacked salt and was a bit of a disappointment.Definitely finish off with their soft serve! Creamy, smooth, and not too sweet. Their milk and salted caramel soft serves were amazing. Be prepared for a large portion! Service was good overall and our food came out quickly. We left stuffed.

Absolutely delicious pizzas, perfect size for a meal, very tasty drinks and a well-balanced wine menu. The servers were fast and friendly and took good care of us. The price is actually really good for the quality of food and location. This is definitely going to be one of our favourite pizza restaurants in the area. Well worth visiting!

What a great multi service restaurant. From the Columbus side, you can sit down and be served in their beautiful open space or walk in from Stockton Street and grab a slice . We had the meatballs with ricotta to start that we ended up fighting over the last one. Shared 2 pizza's, the Cacio E Pepe which is as good as everyone said and the Meatza. The dough was perfection! We asked for somehot honey that we drizzled on the Meatza. Dang... getting hungry just writing this. I definitely found my new favorite pizza place.

Love this place! It has a mix of fine dining decor and service with casual dining ease and prices. One side is more takeout style and the other is dine in. The menu is simple-- tasty starters and your pick of pizza. We normally get and love the classic Margherita, since it is simple and perfectly seasoned. This time we got the Meatza, which included sausage and pepperoni. Still good but a little saltier. From the starters portion of the menu, we love the marinated beets! This place is becoming our go to pizza place in North Beach. We actually like it much more than the more upscale Flour + Water restaurant location. Flavors are more classic.

Been here a few times - first take out and the next two were dine ins (if we're lucky)! The cacio pizza is our go to but tried a couple of different ones too. Mozzarella sticks to start and soft serve to end and pizza in between. With the variety of pizzeria in the area, this is one that we'd go to time and time again.

An amazing pizzeria in North Beach! My husband and I stopped in last night around 8pm for a late dinner and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and we were sat immediately along the glass windows (it was a Thursday night). North Beach was lively and so was the restaurant! We don't frequent SF too often, but when we do, it's always to indulge in good food and indulge we did.We got the mozzarella sticks which my husband and I practically inhaled. It was fried perfectly and wasn't greasy and it had great texture. We shared 2 pizzas-- 1 red and 1 white. Although we had been eyeing these 2, they were also recommended by our server. The burrata pizza was delicious! All the toppings were balanced so well and there was a slice of burrata on each slice, but the lemon oil is what made that pizza fantastic. The cacio e pepe pizza was our favorite. It was creamy, cheesy and the garlic was just the right amount. Would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone searching for pizza in SF.

I love the vibe of this place! There was a 30 minute wait so we ended up sitting at the bar. I'd recommend making reservations before coming in.We ordered the bomba margaritas for drinks and they were was so good, I would def order that again! For appetizer we ordered the brussels sprouts - omg they were delicious, it had little chunks of apple in it and had this amazing apple cider glaze. Might've been the best brussels sprouts I've had to be honest. For Pizza we decided on the sausage one, I feel like it could've been a bit spicier and there was a little too much kale on it for me. However, it was overall really good, I probably just wouldn't get it again. I would opt for another Pizza.

I recently stopped by Flour + Water Pizzeria with friends and we were all excited to dive into some tasty eats. We started with the Calabrian chicken wings, which came with a side of blue cheese and ranch dressing. The wings had a nice medium kick to them. For our main event, we ordered two pizzas: the Cacio e Pepe (a white pie) and the Meatza (a red pie). Both pies were seriously delicious, but I have to admit, I favored the Cacio e Pepe a lot more.
