We love the Fijian Indian snacks and I managed to pick some good ones from this market. The owner was very friendly and helped us out. We also had a good chat with the owner about the down town dinner options and in general about the Fijian Indian community in San Bruno. They also had things for the upcoming Indian festival. We will definitely drop by again when we are in the neighbourhood.

Very organized and clean market. I came in for an ingredient I am not familiar with and the woman at the cashier knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me my options. This will definitely be my go-to shop for Indian/Figian grocery. Great location with pretty easy parking as there are a few parking lots around the corner

HEY! Got a birthday potluck dinner party to go to and can't decide what to bring but still want to impress like you made something that you spent HELLA time on but actually didn't? Don't want to bring the same tuna casserole, 7-layer dip, or lumpias that everyone else and their momma is bringing? Let me, let YOU in on a little secret on what I do. I come to this Fiji market right here and pick this little box up of tandoori chicken mix http://www.ishopindian.com/shop/shan-chicken-tikka-barbeque-masala-c-87-p-2-pr-21958.htmlAdd a little yogurt, a little lemon juice, to the spice mix. Cube up some skinless boneless chicken thighs and have it marinate overnight (for my holiday party I cut up some green and red bell peppers to make some Christmas'sy kebabs). Skewer and grill those puppies up and you will have more hype than the Slumdog Millionaire himself. Kebabs sooo good even Gandhi would hit you in the mouth for another bite!

Lots of aussie products without the expensive shipping fee! Good prices also compared to world market and other stores.

The name should intrigue you enough. Yes, Fiji. Did you know that there are a ton of Indian people from Fiji? The owner/manager was born and raised in Fiji and had never even been to her home country. Most of the items in the market are Indian goods but they also carry some pure Fiji items. Stop in just for a good conversation on Fiji and buy something.

Such a fantastic unassuming market. Love the Indian-Fijian options. Where else can you find kava and garam masala. They also have really good rice options. Owner was extremely helpful and even offered to separate a bag of cardamom because I didn't need that much. Will definitely be back!
