The price of bread here is very affordable and I love that it opens early (6am). I also like some of the breakfast foods they have eggs, beans, etc. This place is popular with locals when it opens. It seems like a popular spot to get coffee and breakfast before work. Parking can be a bit tricky, but otherwise I really like this place. I like their fresh bolillos.

I'm a Puerto Rican native raised in SF Mission District practically on 24th Street. So this place is in "my" old neighborhood. Needless to say, growing up I was exposed to many different Latino cultures and their food. I feel blessed to have had that upbringing and definitely enjoy the different foods from Central America! When gentrification started, we slowly saw all of the original businesses leave. So, It's nice to see that this business opened, with it's yummy Guatemalan food and sweet breads. I'm not 100% sure it's fully Guatemalan style yummies, but I'm pretty sure. Anyway, today was the 2nd time I patronized this business. Both times I ordered the Pan con Todo. The first time I ordered it with no Sour Cream and nothing extra aside from the beans, scrambled eggs, and cheese. I loved it - it was perfect! Today I ordered it again, but this time I added the sweet plantains, (which I felt were undercooked by the way), I also ordered it with no sour cream (again), but today upon getting back to my desk at work, I was disappointed that there were significant remnants of sour cream which I can tell that the sour cream was erroneously put on and then "scraped off". This may not be a big deal but, all my life my taste buds scream in disgust every time I taste the "crema" or sour cream, it just doesn't agree with my palate, and so I always say No Sour Cream. I definitely was disappointed and had to drown the pan with their habanero chile sauce...which I feel is not saucy at all, it's very watery. Now that I thought of writing my review, I realize I should have taken a photo. Oh well, next time. The sweet bread I ordered that had a pineapple filling was AMAZING. The service was a bit slow considering there were 4 people ahead of me and I saw 2-3 people helping in the front by the register. The 3rd person was going back and forth from the kitchen area and to the coffee station. My experience overall is why I give the business 4 stars. My next trial will be the huevos rancheros breakfast. The pics look amazing. Can't wait!

This bakery offers a wife variety of delicious baked goods. If you get a TGTG from here it's a great deal! The workers are nice and it's a cozy vibe inside. Anything with the sweet coating melts in your mouth!

Vine a recoger bolsas de la aplicación. Se agotaron pero no cancelaron los pedidos. Perdí mi tiempo conduciendo y esperando en la fila. La actitud no fue buena cuando no pudieron cumplir con el pedido.

Horrible rude service It took almost thirty min I can hear the woman in the back cursing They told me about 24 min in that they were being made and they weren't. I saw people ahead of me getting orders. It was extremely unprofessional The woman making the food was vulgar and disrespectful. I left without my food. I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes and they still hadn't sent anything. When I asked if I could cancel my order the lady immediately started making the food so that she could say she had started it. I think they assumed I didn't speak Spanish, but I heard the conversation the whole time. They were prejudiced and rude. Was a horrible experience overpriced for two Baladas and a drink. I paid almost $25.

A Guatemalan Bakery. But it is a good 50-minute bus ride away, and if you don't catch that 48 bus (I didnt) you have a LONG WAIT. But I got a TooGoodToGo deal, so I couldn't pass up the chance to get a sampling of their items, cheap. So we set the alarm and off we went. First of all. I was expecting day old stuff. I got fresh stuff that was still warm when I arrived home 55 minutes later. Hubby and I split the least interesting one, the white thing at the top of my pics. What a wonderful flavor to it. Soft and is that anise? Then a tiny piece of some dense dark thing broke off and found its way into my mouth. That was sweet and wonderful. I have been to a lot of bakeries, and there are some good ones in SF, but never have I been to a Guatemalan one. The bake goods are different in a delightful way. My only complaint besides them being far away for me is that I did not see any prices posted. But most definitely if I am even close to this place, I am returning. It is a nice switch from the usual stuff.

So got a "toogoodtogo" bag from them--- wow what generous bakery they are. Over a dozen pastries-- but I guess I'm not that into Guatemalan pastries. It was a little dry to me and most contained almond flour or almond extract.

The coffee here is surprisingly good. The pastries are freshly baked. Some of the workers are monolingual in Spanish and all the staff are friendly.
